Speziell wenn es um die Abholung von Paketen geht gibt es eine Dame vermutlich die Chefin die einen als Bittsteller ansieht und nicht als Kunden. Beispiel gefällig: Will man sein Paket um 3 minuten vor 17 Uhr abhohlen geht Sie nach hinten kommt wieder und wirft einem vor das das Paket noch nicht hier sei es ist ja auch noch nicht 17 Uhr. Das ganze in einem Ton wo man sich denkt wäre ich doch lieber zum Zahnarzt gegangen. If you want to be served unfriendly and knowledgeable, then you are exactly right at this address. There is a lady especially when it comes to picking up parcels probably the boss who sees you as a supplicant and not as a customer. Compliant example: If you want to collect your package at 3 minutes before 5:00 p.m., you go back comes back and accuses you that the package is not here yet, it is not yet 5pm. Trotz angeblich offenen Geschäft läuft nur das Tonband das auf die Öffnungszeiten hinweist und das Geschäft ist geschlossen!!! Super Kundenservice! Leider musste ich heute erneut ein Paket von diesem Geschäft abholen. Wieder das gleiche Spiel. Trotz angeblich offenen Geschäft stand ich wie schon einige Male zuvor, vor verschlossener Tür. Nach ca. 10 Min. Wartezeit kam die Besitzerin. Als ich sie darauf aufmerksam machte, dass mir das dauern passiert wurde ich wie beim letzten Mal äussert unfreundlich angeschnauzt. Das sei ihr Geschäft und ich hätte da gar nichts zu sagen. Nach kurzem Streit verweigerte sie mir die Herausgabe des Paketes und schmiss mich aus dem Geschäft. Auch der von mir verständigte GLS konnte sie nicht zur Herausgabe des Paketes bringen. Wie gesagt super Kundenservice. Am Besten man streift an der "Dame" und ihrem Geschäft nicht an. Die Frau scheint anscheinend vergessen zu haben das sie in einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb arbeitet, auch wenn es ihr Geschäft ist!!! Great customer service! Unfortunately I had to pick up another package from this shop today. Same game again. Despite the supposedly open business, I stood in front of a locked door, as I had done a few times before. After about 10 minutes of waiting the owner came. When I pointed out that this happened to me for a long time, I was snapped at in an extremely unfriendly manner, just like last time. That is their business and I have nothing to say about it. After a short argument, she refused to give me the package and threw me out of business. Even the GLS I had notified could not bring them to hand over the package. As I said, great customer service. It is best not to touch on the "lady" and her business. The woman seems to have forgotten that she works in a service company, even if it is her business!
