 One is always only dismissed and not taken seriously. Especially a certain gentleman is always very uncomfortably rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entweder sind bestimmte Mitarbeiter unfähig mit einem zu kommunizieren oder man will absichtlich die Probleme anderer Menschen nicht lösen. Entweder ist man in einem Gespräch mit einem Mitarbeiter und sie legen sofort auf oder man gibt einem eine halbherzige Antwort was einem nichts bringt.
Würde Google die 0 Sterne Bewertung uns freigeben würde FA Landeck dies bekommen!
Either certain employees are unable to communicate with you or you intentionally do not want to solve other people's problems. Either you are in a conversation with an employee and they hang up immediately or you give a half-hearted answer which does not help you.
If Google gave us the 0 star rating, FA Landeck would get it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einige Mitarbeiterinnen sind so sehr unhöflich und lassen einfach ihren Wut aus. Anstatt mir meine Frage zu beantworten, sagt sie dass ich zu blöd sei FinanzOnline zu nutzen und dann hat sie einfach aufgelegt.
Meine Frage steht noch immer offen und ich wurde noch beleidigt!
Some employees are so very rude and just let out their anger. Instead of answering my question, she said that I was too stupid to use FinanzOnline and then she just hung up.
My question is still open and I was insulted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September 2021: die zwei Blonden Mädels beim Empfang die warscheinlich nur ein Praktikum dort machen sind sehr unfreundlich und sehr schnappig... was machen die dort bitte? da sollten hilfsbereite, kompetente Leute hin... wirklich a Wahnsinn ?
September 2021: the two blonde girls at the reception who are probably only doing an internship there are very rude and very snappy ... what are they doing there, please? helpful, competent people should go there ... really awesome ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly, lazy and incompetent. The way they treated us at the front desk was unbelievably rude. After we couldn't understand their German, instead of helping, they gave a smirk and turned us down. People like this shouldn't work front desk jobs.
