★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte einen neuen Haarschnitt und habe ein Foto davon mitgenommen. Der Schnitt ist komplett misslungen, die Haare wurden am Oberkopf viel zu kurz. Eine weitere Friseurin bemühte sich dann um Schadensbegrenzung, doch leider war kaum mehr was zu retten. Von einem trend Haarschnitt weit entfernt. Oberkopf und Hinterkopf haben Oberhaupt nicht zusammengefasst, daher bin ich nach meinem Urlaub sofort wieder hin, um nochmal nachzubessern. Da nur 2 friseurinndn anwesend waren, wurde ich wieder nach Hause geschickt und 3 Tage vertröstet. Weder hat man sich entschuldigt, noch hat man mir ein Wiedergutmachungsangebot gemacht, der nachschnitt dauerte genau 8 Minuten, und dafür musste ich nochmals extra fahren. Schade, keine kundenorientiertheit. Nie wieder Figaro UNO.
I wanted a new haircut and took a photo of it with me. The cut failed completely, the hair was much too short on the top of the head. Another hairdresser then tried to limit the damage, but unfortunately there was hardly anything left to save. Far from a trend haircut. The top of the head and the back of the head did not combine Oberhaupt, so I went straight back after my vacation to make improvements. Since only 2 hairdressers were present, I was sent back home and put off for 3 days. No one apologized, nor was I made an offer to make amends, the re-editing took exactly 8 minutes, and I had to drive again for that. It's a shame, no customer orientation. Never again Figaro UN.
