Mittlerweile zufriedener Brillenträger und Fielmann Kunde . Ablauf von Erstkontakt bis zur Übernahme der Brille sehr schnell und kompetent. I did an eye test at Fielmann because I was aware that my eyesight was declining. Glasses selected after a professional eye test and perfectly advised. Meanwhile, a satisfied glasses wearer and Fielmann customer. The process from first contact to taking over the glasses is very fast and competent.

Auch wurde genug Zeit für mich genommen. Die Preise sind auch angemessen für die Qualität der Brillen. Top advice, competent and very friendly adviser (Ms. Großmann), everything was explained and shown to me very professionally. Enough time was also taken for me. Eigentlich bin ich in am Standort Kapfenberg Fielmannkunde aber da ich meine Brille umtauschen wollte, die mir dann einfach nicht mehr gefallen hat, dachte ich mir ich besuche eine andere Filiale, da es vielleicht eine etwas andere Auswahl an Brillen gibt. Ich war über den Besuch in Leoben jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Zum einen gab es keinerlei Beratung oder Hilfe ob die Brille passt oder nicht, mir wurde nur gesagt ich kann mich selbst umsehen und probieren. Vielleicht ist das einfach die handhabe wenn jemand eine Brille umtauschen möchte, jedoch hat das mit Kundenservice nicht viel zu tun. Ebenso wurden die Brillen nicht desinfiziert und einfach zurückgelegt (und das in Zeiten wie diesen!). Im Endeffekt habe ich die Brille dann zurückgegeben und bin ohne neue gegangen, sehr Schade! Ein großes Lob dafür an den Standort Kapfenberg, ein derartig kompetentes, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Team lernt man so noch mehr zu schätzen und ich werde wohl nie mehr eine andere Filiale als diese aufsuchen. Sehr gute und kompetente Beratung sowie striktes Einhalten der Hygienemaßnahmen sind dort oberstes Gebot, und so sollte es meiner Meinung nach auch sein! I have had very bad experiences at the Fielmann branch in Leoben. I'm actually a Fielmann customer at the Kapfenberg location, but since I wanted to exchange my glasses, which I just didn't like anymore, I thought I would visit another branch, as there might be a slightly different selection of glasses. However, I was very disappointed with the visit to Leoben. For one thing, there was no advice or help on whether the glasses fit or not, I was just told I can look around and try them on myself. Maybe that's just the thing to do when someone wants to exchange glasses, but it doesn't have much to do with customer service. Likewise, the glasses were not disinfected and simply put back (and that in times like these!). In the end, I returned the glasses and left without new ones, a shame! A big compliment to the Kapfenberg location, you learn to appreciate such a competent, courteous and friendly team even more and I will probably never visit a branch other than this one. Very good and competent advice and strict adherence to hygiene measures are the top priority there, and in my opinion it should be!

Man merkt das auf den Kunden individuell eingegangen wird und es nicht nur ums verkaufen geht sondern sehr um die Zufriedenheit des Kunden. Habe auch noch nirgends erlebt dass so genau auf die Hygiene geachtet wird, besonders zu diesen Zeiten jetzt. Top! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Great advice! Diese Art von Service würde man sich öfter wünschen... Schade: gerne hätte ich ein Etui zu meinen neuen Brillen erstanden; dieses Produktangebot fehlt in der entsprechenden Qualität leider völlig. According to the advertising, I perceived Fielmann as a discounter where pricing takes precedence over all other criteria - far from it: I received professional and excellent advice, and I was able to make my decision in peace. You wish you had this kind of service more often... Too bad: I would have liked to have bought a case for my new glasses; Unfortunately, this range of products is completely lacking in the corresponding quality.

I got consulted based on my style and activities. I tried some high priced glasses and got accurate feedback that I should go with some other glasses as they did not look good on me. This tells me that the consulting is based on customer happiness and not on profit. However, I found cheaper similar glasses in a big internet shop and ordered them. After I found out that I (and everyone else) need an upgrade due to the low index from 1.5 to 1.6 I decided to visit Fielmann optician again to get some information about their specifications. As it turned out that it would be cheaper to order online than buying it local things started to getting crazy. We had a good discussion and in the end I got a price for the same glasses with even better specification beneath(!) the online price. Overall based on my experience I can highly recommend this optician as the consulting was based on customer happiness, the employees are always friendly, and he is a man of his word.
