J	Johannes Spuller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut schlecht! Wurde gerade von Nadine "geschnitten" doch das Ergebnis ist wenig berauschend bis katastrophal. Es ist schief, ohne Verlauf, und mit etlichen Kanten darin. Außerdem hat sie in ihrer trampelhaften und überhetzten Art mit der Haarschneidemaschine drüberzugehen wie mit einem Rasenmäher (obwohl ich wahrscheinlich sogar beim Rasenmähen ordentlicher arbeite) viel zu viele Haare stehengelassen. Generell kam sie mir beim Arbeiten hastig, ungenau und unfreundlich vor. Obwohl ich dann noch einige Sachen auszubessern gesehen hätte habe ich beschlossen zu sagen "Ja passt schon" um den Schaden gering zu halten. Ich werde jetzt zu einem anderen Salon gehen und das (hoffentlich ist das überhaupt möglich) ausbessern lassen. Ich würde jedem empfehlen nicht zum dm Friseurstudio im LCS bzw. zumindest nicht zu Nadine zu gehen. Absolutely bad! Has just been "cut" by Nadine but the result is little intoxicating or catastrophic. It's crooked, with no gradient, and with several edges in it. Also, in her cluttered and overcrowded manner, she has to go over with the hair clipper like with a lawn mower (though I'm probably even tidier when mowing the lawn) too much hair left. In general, she seemed to me to work hastily, inaccurate and unfriendly. Although I still saw some things to fix, I decided to say "Yes, it fits" to keep the damage down. I will now go to another salon and (hopefully this will be possible) get it fixed. I would recommend anyone not to go to the hairdressing studio in the LCS or at least not to Nadine.

G	Gloria Gröbner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war im dm Friseurstudio um mir Strähnen färben zu lassen. Die Strähnen sollten einen natürlichen Farbverlauf von braun zu blond bekommen. Das wurde mit der Friseurin ausführlich besprochen. Nach 3 Stunden hatte ich allerdings keine Strähnen mit Farbverlauf sondern meine Haare waren fast vollständig hellblond gebleicht mit braunen Flecken und Streifen. Das Ergebnis hatte nichts mit dem zu tun, was vorher ausgemacht worden war und war außerdem handwerklich sehr schlecht gemacht! Eine andere Friseurin versuchte zwar am nächsten Tag meine Haare zu retten, schaffte das aber nicht wirklich. Nach dem Friseurbesuch bei dm sind meine Haare jetzt schlecht gefärbt und außerdem völlig kaputt. Ich kann dieses Friseurstudio auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen! I was in the hairdressing salon to get my hair colored. The strands should have a natural gradient from brown to blonde. That was discussed in detail with the hairdresser. After 3 hours, however, I had no strands with a color gradient but my hair was almost completely bleached light blonde with brown spots and stripes. The result had nothing to do with what had been previously identified and was also very poorly crafted! Another hairdresser tried to save my hair the next day, but couldn't really do it. After visiting the hairdresser at dm, my hair is now badly colored and also completely broken. There is no way I can recommend this hair salon!

Sie hat mich beraten, welcher Schnitt das passen würde, mir Kaffee und Zeitung gebracht. Bin voll zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und kann diesen Salon und auch Gabriela nur weiterempfehlen. Was looked after by Gabriela and can only say that the advice and services were excellent. She advised me which cut it would fit, brought me coffee and newspaper. I am completely satisfied with the result and can only recommend this salon and Gabriela.

Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder etwas in der art, der Lehrling sollte mich vorbereiten, von der Sabrina kam kein bitte kein danke für alles was der Lehrling erledigen musste. Traurig... Preislich total überzogen. 15 minutes late. I think the lady who was supposed to cut me was called sabrina? No apology or anything like that, the apprentice should prepare me, from Sabrina no please no thanks for everything the apprentice had to do. Sad... Totally overpriced.
