Die Filiale in Wörgl bietet Top-Beratung, große Auswahl und schnelle Anfertigung. Erst letzte Woche Mittwoch habe ich meine neue Brille bestellt und konnte sie bereits diese Woche Dienstag abholen. Die Optikerinnen (allen voran Isabella) sind immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor allem kompetent. Ich fühle mich hier bestens aufgehoben und kann die Filiale nur weiterempfehlen. I have been a Fielmann customer for several years and I am extremely satisfied with the great service and price-performance ratio. The branch in Wörgl offers top advice, a large selection and quick production. Just last week on Wednesday I ordered my new glasses and was able to pick them up on Tuesday this week. The opticians (especially Isabella) are always friendly, courteous and, above all, competent. I feel that I am in good hands here and can only recommend the branch.

Egal ob Sonnen- oder Gleitsichtbrille ... jedes Mal wurde ich kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend beraten. Besonders überzeugt hat mich auch die schnelle Anfertigung meiner Brille ... wurde gleich angerufen und konnte sie problemlos abholen. H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr unfreundlich, herabschauend und hochnäsig sind die Mitarbeiter dort,. musste hin weil ich eben Kontaklinsen brauchte, der Mitarbeiter, der meine Augen kontrollierte war total nett, als ich dann aber rausging aus dem Zimmer, waren alle anderen Mitarbeit am Stehen nebeneinander und schauten mich von Kopf bis Fuß an und hatten ein Gesicht, als würde ich etwas falsch gemacht haben. Ich habe mich bedankt, kein Dankeschön zurück und nicht mal ein WIedersehen bekommen. Das war auch der Fall, als ich meine Brille kaufte. The staff there are very unfriendly, down-looking and snooty. had to go because I needed contact lenses, the employee who checked my eyes was really nice, but when I went out of the room, everyone else was standing next to each other and looked at me from head to toe and had a face as if they were going to i did something wrong. I said thank you, no thank you back and not even got a reunion. That was also the case when I bought my glasses.

Eine sehr fachkundige und freundliche junge Dame hat sich wirklich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen und mich bestens Beraten. I took a free eye test as I thought I needed stronger reading glasses. A very competent and friendly young lady really took a lot of time for me and gave me the best advice.

Mein Mann wurde beim Kauf seiner Brille von einem sehr freundlichen Lehrmädchen beraten und eine Optikerin hat unterstützend darauf geachtet, dass alles zu seiner Zufriedenheit abgewickelt wird. ?? Und ich habe vor kurzem neue Gläser für meine alte Lieblings-Fielmann-Brille benötigt. Dabei wurde ich von Isabella sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten. Außerdem wollte ich mir auch noch eine neue Brille aussuchen und habe zuerst leider nicht das Richtige gefunden. Mir wurde aber geraten, dass ich noch ein wenig warten soll, denn in der nächsten Zeit würde nochmals ein Vertreter mit neuen Brillenfassungen vorbei kommen. Ich wurde dann ganz zuverlässig von Isabella angerufen, dass die neuen Modelle da sind. Somit stand dem Kauf der neuen Brille nichts mehr im Wege. ? Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unseren Brillen und können diese Filiale und Mitarbeiter nur weiterempfehlen!!! My husband was advised by a very friendly apprentice when he bought his glasses and an optician made sure that everything was done to his satisfaction. ?? And I recently needed new lenses for my old favorite Fielmann glasses. Isabella advised me in a very friendly and competent manner. I also wanted to choose new glasses and unfortunately couldn't find the right one at first. But I was advised that I should wait a little longer, because in the near future another representative with new glasses would come by. I was then reliably called by Isabella that the new models were there. So nothing stood in the way of buying the new glasses. ? We are very satisfied with our glasses and can only recommend this branch and employees!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Sehtest und die Anpassung der Brille wird mit äußerster Sorgfalt vorgenommen. Bin seit fast 40Jahren Brillenträgerin... Und habe auch einige Vergleiche.... Diese Beratung ist echt ?. Besonders freundlich sind mir Isabella und Neli aufgefallen.... Weiter so echt Spitze ?
