★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetenter Namensträger 'Fachwerkstätte'
Der Mechaniker hat mir eine Skizze gezeigt wo er dazu meinte es gäbe bei meinem Auto definitiv ein Problem mit den DPF Anschlüssen da bei meinem Fahrzeug ein Anschluss fehlt um den Differenzdruck zu messen. Ich habe den Aussagen und der gezeigten Skizze vertraut, meine 62€ bezahlt und bin mit dieser Aussage zum Autofahrerclub gefahren. Die haben mich dann aufgeklärt dass mein Fahrzeugmodell sehr wohl einen DPF mit einem Anschluss besitzt und dies in der Vertragswerkstätte sofort erkannt hätte werden müssen indem man sich den Sensor angesehen hätte und nur einen Anschluss bemerkt hätte. Die skizze entsprach dacher nicht meinem Modell und das ist natürlcih für eine Fachwerkstätte gravierend inkompetent da zuerst abgesichert werden muss um welches Modell es sich handelt. Das lachen beim Rechnungsdruck vom Chef persöhnlich und seine Worte 'na dass is ja billig' werden mir für immer in Erinnerung bleiben ....
Incompetent name bearer 'specialist workshop'
The mechanic showed me a sketch where he said there was definitely a problem with the DPF connections in my car because my vehicle is missing a connection to measure the differential pressure. I trusted the statements and the sketch shown, paid my € 62 and drove to the motorists' club with this statement. They then informed me that my vehicle model does have a DPF with a connection and that this should have been recognized immediately in the authorized workshop by looking at the sensor and only noticing one connection. The sketch did not correspond to my model and that is of course seriously incompetent for a specialist workshop as it must first be verified which model it is. Laughing personally when the boss prints the invoice and his words 'well that's cheap' will stay with me forever ...

Netter Chef, der einem gerne Auskunft gibt. Ist gerade in Alfa Autohäusern selten geworden. Ich kann jedem Fiat-Alfa Interessenten empfehlen sich dort umzusehen. Fahre zurzeit keinen neueren Alfa. in mir wieder das Feuer nach einem Italiener entfacht. Tolle Firma! Der Weg von Salzburg nach Marchtrenk würde sich meiner Meinung nach auszahlen. Dort lebt man diese tollen Marken wie Alfa, Abarth und Fiat .
