Andere Ofenbauer fanden es nicht einmal der Mühe wert, in diesem Jahr noch vorbeizukommen um eine eventuelle Reparatur zu erledigen. Die sind nur beim Verkauf tüchtig. Der Chef - Herr Markus Ponstingl - kam - hat unser Problem in wenigen Minuten erledigt und kein Cent für Wegzeit, kein Cent für Reparatur - es ist einfach unglaublich, dass es so etwas noch gibt. Danke Herr Ponstingl! I am speechless about the completion / repair of our fireplace by the Ponstingl company. Other stove builders didn't even think it was worth the effort to come by this year to do any repairs. They are only good at selling. The boss - Mr. Markus Ponstingl - came - settled our problem in a few minutes and not a cent for travel time, not a cent for repairs - it is simply unbelievable that something like this still exists. Thank you Mr. Ponstingl!

We have realized our dream of having our own fireplace! We did everything right with the Ponstingl company! Insanely great and competent employees! The work is carried out very carefully!
