Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!! It was so nice here ... very warm love hostess, very great, clean and well-kept rooms ... you can see there is heart blood in it ... super centrally located, the spa in Längenfeld is not far and also the ski resort Ötz / Hochötz ...perfect holidays! We will definitely be back !!!

Das Haus liegt relativ am Beginn des Ötztals zentral zu allen Ausflugszielen und nicht weit zur Autobahn wenn man Innsbruck besuchen will. Das Haus hat genug Parkplätze und man ist gleich auf der Hauptstrasse. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen sogar selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht ihren Gästen alle Wünsche von den Lippen abzulesen. Es wird penibel auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet. Das Haus sehr modern. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Pool. Der Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Wenn wir wieder in der nähe sind kommen wir gerne wieder. We were allowed to spend a week with the Maurer family. The house is located relatively at the beginning of the Ötztal, centrally to all excursion destinations and not far from the motorway if you want to visit Innsbruck. The house has enough parking spaces and you are right on the main street. We were warmly welcomed and even got homemade cakes. The hosts try very hard to read their guests' wishes from their lips. Great care is taken to ensure cleanliness. The rooms are well equipped. The house very modern. There is a pool behind the house. The balcony invites you to linger. If we are close again we would love to come back.
K	Kornelia Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr charmant eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Barbara Maurer ist total herzlich und man spürt, dass ihr die Gäste am Herzen liegen. Im Gartenbereich gibt es einen Pool, den die Gäste mit benutzen dürfen. Außerdem steht ein Grill im Garten bereit. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße, aber in den Wohnungen ist tatsächlich weder der Autolärm noch das Rauschen des Wasserfalls zu hören. Auch zum Ski-Einstieg ist es nicht weit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Außerdem ist sie eine fantastische Malerin ..... ;-) Very charmingly furnished holiday apartments with everything your heart desires. Barbara Maurer is very warm and you can feel that the guests are important to her. In the garden area there is a pool that guests can use. There is also a barbecue in the garden. The house is right on a street, but in the apartments you actually can't hear the noise of the car or the sound of the waterfall. It is also not far to ski entry. We recommend. She is also a fantastic painter ..... ;-)
