Besonders angenehm haben wir empfunden, dass die Heizung auch in den Sommermonaten für kalte Tage zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Die Zufahrt bedeutet eine kleine Herausforderung, ist aber im Sommer durchaus bewältigbar. Ein Tipp für die Vermieter: Es wär sehr hilfreich, wenn man beim Beziehen der Wohnung Info- und Prospektmaterial über den Ort und die Gegend vorfinden würde. The apartment has met our expectations. We were particularly pleased that the heating is also available for cold days during the summer months. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it offers enough space for four people. The driveway is a small challenge, but in the summer quite manageable. A tip for the landlord: It would be very helpful, if one would find information and brochures about the place and the area when moving into the apartment.
W	Werderzwerg Bremen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohnung hat eine schöne Lage für den Skiurlaub liegt direkt am Ziehweg, der zum Lift führt. Leider weisst die Wohnung aber einige Mängel auf. Die Kaffeemaschinen in beiden Wohnungen läuft sehr langsam. Füllt man sie z.B. für 8 Tassen geht sie sogar in dieser Zeit aus und muss noch eingeschaltet werden. Die Dusche in der oberen Wohnung ist eine Duschwanne und nur für Perosnen bis ca. 1.75 m geeignet. Trotz genannter Personenanzahl waren nicht ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden und eine nachbestellung wurde nur ungern aufgenommen. Die Betten waren nicht in allen Zimmern bezogen, da einfach nur von der Personenanzahl ausgegangen wurde und sonst ein Bett nachgebezogen werden musste. Es wurde nur eine Betthälfte nachbezogen und die ungezogenen Kissen und Decken lagen mit im Bett. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist angeblich für 6 Fahrzeuge ausreichend, aber bei Schnee und der unebenen Fläche war dies nur mit hin und her gefahren möglich. Die Zufahrt des Grundstückes ist auch nicht ohne. Man muss mehrfach rangieren und das Grundstück am besten rückwärts verlassen, da sonst das Auto aufsetzt. Desweiten gibt es ein kleines Fliegenproblem was mit einem elektrischen Töter gestoppt wird. Allerdings müssen mehrfach die Fliegen weg gesaugt werden (Stall direkt nebenan). Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön. The apartment is in a beautiful location for skiing holidays, right on the Ziehweg that leads to the lift. Unfortunately, the apartment has some shortcomings. The coffee machines in both apartments run very slowly. If you fill it e.g. for 8 cups it even goes out during this time and has to be switched on. The shower in the upper apartment is a shower tray and only suitable for people up to 1.75 m. Despite the number of people mentioned, there were not enough towels available and reorders were reluctant to take. The beds were not made in all rooms, as the number of people was simply assumed and otherwise a bed had to be made up. Only half of the bed was made up and the naughty pillows and blankets were in the bed. The parking lot at the house is supposedly enough for 6 vehicles, but in snow and the uneven surface this was only possible by driving back and forth. The access to the property is also not without. You have to maneuver several times and it is best to leave the property backwards, otherwise the car will hit the ground. There is also a small fly problem which is stopped with an electric killer. However, the flies have to be sucked away several times (stable next door). The vacation was still very nice.

Die Wohnung bietet durch die Größe und die tolle Aufteilung genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auch für Familien mit mehreren und großen Kindern. Besonders gemütlich ist die große Sitzecke im Wintergarten, die sich perfekt zum Zusammensitzen und für Spielabende eignet. Die einzigartige Lage an der Piste und nahe dem Dorf ist unbezahlbar!! Einfach traumhaft!!! Beautiful and cozy apartment, which is very tastefully decorated! The bathroom is huge and modern furnished, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment offers by the size and great layout enough retreat for families with several and large children. Especially cozy is the large seating area in the conservatory, which is perfect for sitting together and for game nights. The unique location on the slopes and near the village is priceless !! Simply fantastic!!!
J	JA v I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden de bovenste verdieping van dit mooie appartement. Het waren ruime slaapkamers. Netjes en schoon. Goede matrassen. Het beddengoed en handdoeken zat erbij in begrepen. Inclusief de Hochkönig kaart. Deze gaf toegang tot cabines, stoeltjesliften, gondels, zwembad in Maria Alm en Mühlbach, 1x rodelen. Het contact met de eigenares was prettig en klantvriendelijk. Het enige nadeel was dat er geen wasmachine aanwezig was in het huisje. Verder was alles goed verzorgd!! We had the top floor of this beautiful apartment. The bedrooms were spacious. Neat and clean. Good mattresses. Bed linen and towels were included. Including the Hochkönig card. This gave access to cabins, chair lifts, gondolas, swimming pool in Maria Alm and Mühlbach, 1x tobogganing. Contact with the owner was pleasant and customer-friendly. The only drawback was that there was no washing machine in the house. Furthermore, everything was well taken care of !!
S	Saskia H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een geweldige locatie! Je staat met een paar passen al op een skipad naar de dichtstbijzijnde skilift en je kunt tot vlak achter de woning terugskiën. Je kunt lopend naar het dorp en naar een van de skihutten. De woningen zelf zijn netjes, schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De slaapkamers zijn ruim. Het woongedeelte is ruim genoeg voor de aanwezige gasten per appartement. Als je beide appartementen hebt en alle slaapkamers zijn vol dan is het best wel krap om met z'n allen samen aan tafel te zitten maar met een beetje schuiven zou ook dat wel moeten lukken. Op de balkons heb je heerlijk zon en je kijkt op de pistes. Kortom echt een aanrader! What a great location! With a few steps you are already on a ski path to the nearest ski lift and you can ski back right behind the house. You can walk to the village and to one of the ski huts. The houses themselves are neat, clean and everything you need is available. The bedrooms are spacious. The living area is spacious enough for the guests present per apartment. If you have both apartments and all the bedrooms are full then it is quite cramped to sit at the table together, but with a bit of shuffling you should be able to do that too. You can enjoy the sun on the balconies and look out onto the slopes. In short, really recommended!

We liked the efficient layout of 1 living/dining room, 3 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. Our guests, Maria and Wolfgang Schimpl, were very relaxed and open to disseminate their experience in this area The village of Dienten (where this appartment is located) lies in the middle of the tourist centers Muhlbach and Maria Alm (where are the most tourism activities and shops). However these lie on just a 15 km drive from Dienten. The Hochkönig-cart that was provided by the owners really stimulated us to put the car aside for many days and use the "Berglifte"and "Wanderbus" and smell the air of the Austrian mountains. So: Ferienwohnungen-Hochkönig is a beatiful place that invites you to relax from your delay hard work and undertake challenging hikes!
