★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentrumsnah - geschmackvolle, gemütliche Ferienwohnungen, zum Skifahren braucht man kein Auto und keinen Bus, geht von der Haustür weg und zurück, das selbe gilt für Wanderungen und Biketouren!
 Very quiet and yet close to the center - tasteful, cozy apartments, for skiing you need no car and no bus, goes away from the front door and back, the same goes for hikes and bike tours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohnungen im Haus Mall liegen am Fuße des Hahnenkamm dem Hausberg von Kitzbühel, nahe Ski-Abfahrten Asten und Streif und nahe der Hahnenkammbahn. Bis zur Altstadt von Kitzbühel sind es ca. 700 m sowie 5 Min. bis zum Hallenbad.
Unweit führen Wanderwege über die Seidlalm oder die Einsiedelei zum Hahnenkamm und zum Schwarzsee. Von der Streifalmabfahrt sind es ca. 200 m Fußweg.
Die Seilbahn ist ca. 500m entfernt und über die naheliegende Schiabfahrt direkt zu erreichen. Die Langlaufloipe ist ebenfalls nur ca. 300m entfernt.
The apartments in the Haus Mall are located at the foot of the Hahnenkamm the local mountain of Kitzbühel, near ski slopes Asten and Streif and near the Hahnenkammbahn. The old town of Kitzbühel is about 700 m and 5 minutes to the indoor pool.
Not far away, hiking trails lead across the Seidlalm or the hermitage to the Hahnenkamm and Schwarzsee. From the Streifalmabfahrt it is about 200 m walk.
The cable car is about 500m away and directly accessible via the nearby ski slope. The cross-country ski trail is also only about 300m away.
