Zu Beginn wurden wir schon gleich herzlich von Gastgeberin Julia empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich top. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Obwohl das Wetter nicht ganz optimal war, hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Woche und konnten immer etwas unternehmen - herzlichen Dank an dich, liebe Julia, für die super Tipps!!! Wir werden sicher irgendwann wieder kommen!!! We spent as a family with 2 small children a week holiday in the beautiful apartment STEIN. At the beginning we were welcomed warmly by hostess Julia and immediately felt well. The apartment is incredibly tasteful and modern and well equipped. There was nothing wrong with us. The location of the house is really great. It is very centrally located and is an ideal starting point for hikes. Although the weather was not perfect, we had a really great week and could always do something - thanks to you, dear Julia, for the great tips !!! We will surely come back someday !!!

Alles ist in einem neuwertigen, super gepflegten Zustand und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Whirpool, die Sauna und auch die inkludierte Jokerkarte runden dieses Erlebnis ab. Hervorzuheben ist auch Julia als Gastgeberin. Die Unterstützung und auch die Flexibilität den Urlaub für die Gäste so erholsam wie möglich zu machen ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit genießen. As a family (2 adults and 2 children) we booked the penthouse in the first week of June. It was a dream. The apartment left nothing to be desired. Everything is as good as new, very well-kept and furnished with great attention to detail. The whirlpool, the sauna and the included joker card round off this experience. Julia also deserves special mention as the hostess. The support and the flexibility to make the holiday as relaxing as possible for the guests is excellent. We felt very comfortable from the first day and were able to enjoy the time.

Wir hatten die Wohnung "Stein" und es lag sehr viel Schnee im Garten, dies hat besonders die Kids gefreut. Very quiet, well-kept accommodation. Good access to the ski slope. A special highlight was of course the own sauna in the holiday apartment. We had the "Stein" apartment and there was a lot of snow in the garden, which made the kids especially happy.

What can I say, both ways it was incredibly beautiful, superb luxury penthouse combined with extraordinary friendly service of the hosts Julia and Martin, having their own apartment in the same building. Plenty of storage space for our bikes and/or baby buggy and boot dryers perfectly suitable to always have body protectors dry and ready for the next day. My personal highlight was the large roof terrace providing almost kitchy sunsets while having barbecue and a cold beer or in case the weather sucks to just hang out in the Finish Sauna. Long story short: WE ALL WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR...maybe even twice, for skiing and biking!
u	urska sabec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Ferienwohnungen Falkenstein in January. I must say it was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed for our winter holiday. The apartments are brand new, clean and equipped with even more useful gadgets then we have at home. All the rooms are very spacious with an ensuite bathroom. And the personal sauna in the apartment....just perfect!! Each apartment also has it's own ski box that is very big. The location of the apartment is great, almost at the slopes, close to the supermarkets, close to the nightlife (but far enough so you can not hear anything). The owners are very friendly and flexible and very very helpful. We had a few problems before our arrival (our fault) and the lovely owner was very understanding. Whatever we needed she was always there to help us. Not to forget free parking and free wifi!!!! We could't ask for more and we will definitely come back to Falkenstein.

The location of Falkenstein was really good, next to the slope and short walk to Hinterglemm main street. The change day being Sunday was good, no traffic jam and Saturday was quiet in the slopes. We stayed in the penthouse and that was beautiful. Furnishing was stylish, bedrooms big enough with good beds and both rooms had own bathrooms. Third child could sleep on sofa and that also had a real mattress. Kitchen had high-quality equipment and the breakfast bread service was special. The balcony was large, had a nice view and a sauna. And the ski storage was big and we could dry the boots down there. The owners were really nice, we were treated like friends. Children were warmly welcomed. We got excellent recommendations for restaurants and they made reservations for us as well. Please note that in some restaurants it's allowed to smoke inside and you may not pay with card in every place. We had problem with our credit card in ATM, but the owners helped us to get some cash. Without their help we would have been in trouble. Pleasant atmosphere made the stay comfortable. We can warmly recommend Falkenstein for your holiday.

They helped with everything from booking restaurants to COVID testing. They even put in a Christmas Tree. The apartment is very nice, recently refurbished and really well maintained and fully equipped. Best of all, it has a sauna which was a life saver for us. Ski slope is 100m from the apartment so almost ski-in, ski-out. Great view across the mountains. We hope to come again soon.
