F	Flow Gi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn sie schon sagen dass man bei der Wahrheit bleiben soll dann bleiben sie doch bitte auch dabei denn ich bin um 12:30 Uhr zu Ihnen mit der bitte auszuchecken gekommen, nicht um 16 Uhr ! Und ebenfalls bin ich der Meinung dass das kaum eine Rolle spielt wo wir unsere Nacht verbringen... nur so nebenbei erwähnt. Wir hätten uns lediglich etwas mehr Informationen gewünscht über die genauen CheckOut Bedingungen wenn sie uns dann schon so überraschend darauf fest nageln. If you already say that you should stick to the truth then please stay with it because I came to you at 12:30 p.m. to ask you to check out, not at 4 p.m.! And I am also of the opinion that it hardly matters where we spend our night ... just mentioned by the way. We would have just wished for a little more information about the exact CheckOut conditions if they nail us down so surprisingly.
K	Katrin N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu einem Aufenthalt kam es gar nicht, da uns der Aufenthalt 3 Stunden davor einfach per Email abgesagt wurde, trotz vorheriger Buchunsbestätigung. Nicht empfehlenswert, da unzuverlässig und unfreundlich. There was no stay at all, as our stay 3 hours before was simply canceled by email, despite a previous booking confirmation. Not recommended as it is unreliable and unfriendly.

F	F M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der einzige Pluspunkt ist das freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer jedoch stammen noch aus den 60er Jahren ebenso die Einrichtung . Bei einem Zimmer das für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist, müssen zwei Personen auf einem alten verbrauchten Klappsofa schlafen, und dennoch 45€ die Nacht (pro Person) bezahlen. Preis Leistung und ist wirklich nicht gegeben, da die Lage auch unterirdisch ist. Das schlimmste allerdings fanden wir, das wir als Selbstverpfleger mit 10 Mann, nicht einmal grillen durfen (trotz Garten). Um alles zusammenzufassen: Einmal und nie wieder! The only plus is the friendly staff. The rooms are still from the 60s as well as the decor. For a room that sleeps 4 people, two people need to sleep on an old used folding sofa, and still pay € 45 a night (per person). Price performance and really is not given, as the location is also underground. The worst, however, we found that we self catering with 10 men, not even allowed to grill (despite garden). To summarize: once and never again!
D	David Scheibelreiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als wir das Apartment buchten machten wir mit dem Vermieter aus, dass wir entweder zwei oder drei Nächte bleiben werden. Das war für ihn okay und wir verblieben dabei, dass wir uns das später ausmachen werden. Als wir ihm dann nach der zweiten Nacht mitteilten, dass wir an diesem Tag fahren, wollte er sich an diese Vereinbarung plötzlich nicht mehr erinnern. Somit mussten wir drei Nächte zahlen, obwohl wir nur zwei dort waren - Sehr unflexibel und nicht gastfreundlich! Das Quartier war in Ordnung, alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Auch die Reinigungsfrau war sehr nett. When we booked the apartment, we made arrangements with the landlord that we would either stay two or three nights. That was okay with him and we stuck to the fact that we will work that out later. When we told him after the second night that we were going that day, he suddenly didn't want to remember this agreement. So we had to pay three nights, even though we were only there for two - very inflexible and not hospitable! The quarters were fine, everything was clean and in good condition. The cleaning lady was also very nice.
L	Lisa Steigenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frühstück und Lage sind ausgezeichnet.Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es liegt ein modriger Geruch in der Luft. Der Hotelbesitzer ist nicht gerade freundlich und weist einem beim Frühstück permanent zurecht. Beispielsweise hat er uns gesagt, dass wir beim Frühstück das Papier für die Butter nicht am Tisch liegen lassen dürfen, sondern in den Müll schmeißen müssen. Fehlte nur mehr, dass wir das Frühstückgeschirr selbst abwaschen mussten. Am letzten Tag hat er uns sogar beschuldigt, am Vortag die Öffnung einer Kaffeekanne kaputt gemacht zu haben, daraufhin brachte er uns die Kaffeekanne ohne Deckel. Nicht gerade sehr professionell. Breakfast and location are excellent. The rooms are a bit old and there is a musty smell in the air. The hotel owner is not exactly friendly and always cope with the breakfast. For example, he told us that at breakfast we can not leave the paper for the butter at the table, but throw it in the trash. Just missing was that we had to wash the breakfast dishes ourselves. On the last day he even accused us of breaking the opening of a coffee pot the day before, after which he brought us the coffee pot without a lid. Not very professional.
J	Johanna X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren ingesamt 11 Personen und hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht, als wir ankommen standen uns aber nur 3 zur Verfügung, weil der Besitzer das 4. einfach an jemand anderen vergeben hat, obwohl wir es gebucht hatten. Er wusste das genau, stellte sich aber erstmal „dumm“ und tat nichtsahnend und nichtsverstehend. Also mussten 2 Pärchen in einem Zimmer schlafen. Und 1 Person auf einem ungemütlichen Zustellbett unter Platzmangel. Nach längeren Verhandeln bekamen wir einen Preiserlass und für jeden Frühstück, weil das bei den Appartements nicht dabei gewesen wäre. Am Nächsten Tag wurde uns die 200€ teure Shisha aus dem Zimmer ohne unseres Wissens entwendet. Nach langen Nachfragen kam der Vermieter dann mit der Sprache raus, dass die Putzfrau sie weggesperrt hatte und diese nicht erwünscht ist. Er wollte sie uns erst am Abreisetag wieder geben und versuchte uns mid mehreren Lügen „zurück zu halten“, doch wir machten im Druck und bekamen sie schließlich wieder. Außerdem machte uns die Putzfrau vorwürfe wir sollen bei der Wahrheit bleiben und hätten im Zimmer geraucht, was jedoch wirklich nicht stimmt. Wir haben sie nur im Zimmer aufbewahrt und immer auf der Terasse geraucht. Die Putzfrau reinigte unser Zimmer NIE wir hatten 2 Tage nicht einmal Klopapier, dass musste sie erst einkaufen. Sie kam immer nur ins Zimmer um uns zu beschuldigen und anzuschreien. Eindeutig keine Jugendfreundliche Unterkunft! We were a total of 11 people and had booked 4 rooms, but when we arrived we only had 3 available because the owner simply gave the 4th to someone else, even though we had booked it. He knew that exactly, but first acted "stupid" and acted unsuspecting and incomprehensible. So 2 couples had to sleep in one room. And 1 person on an uncomfortable extra bed with insufficient space. After lengthy negotiations, we got a price reduction and breakfast for each, because that would not have been included in the apartments. The next day the € 200 shisha was stolen from our room without our knowledge. After long inquiries, the landlord came out with the language that the cleaning lady had locked her away and that she was not wanted. He didn't want to give them back to us until the day of departure and tried to “hold back” us with several lies, but we put them in print and finally got them back. In addition, the cleaning lady reproached us for sticking to the truth and smoking in the room, which is really not true. We only kept them in the room and always smoked them on the terrace. The cleaning lady NEVER cleaned our room, we didn't even have toilet paper for 2 days, so she had to go shopping first. She always came into the room to accuse us and yell at us. Definitely not a youth-friendly accommodation!
K	Karl Haslinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Lage mit Blick zum Wörtersee. Die Zimmer 7+9 habe jeweils 2 tolle Balkone und haben den besten Ausblick. Der Chef ist immer sehr sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen bereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Very good location with a view of the Wörtersee. The rooms 7 + 9 each have 2 great balconies and have the best view. The boss is always very, very friendly and ready to answer any questions. I can only recommend.
