★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles Hotel, geräumiges und immer sauberes Ferienzimmer. Das gesamte Hotel war schon thematisch dekoriert. Das Personal von Service, Bedienung und Zimmer war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu dem ist der Koch einsame Spitze! Hier lohnt sich die Halbpension!
Ach ja und Nähe zur Piste etc ist ebenfalls gegeben. Der E Liner hält vor der Türe - sehen uns Ende des Jahres wieder?
 A great hotel, spacious and always clean holiday room. The entire hotel was decorated thematically. The staff from service, waitress and room was always very friendly and helpful. The cook is great too! Half board is worthwhile here!
Oh yes and proximity to the slopes etc. is also given. The E Liner stops at the door - see you again at the end of the year?

Took the Train from Salzburg to Neu
Hotel is on a hill all the way to the right side of town
Hotel Cleaniness : 4/5 ( carpeted so you can expect some dust however toilets and amend ties are pristine)
Hotel Atmosphere : 5/5 (Rustic and Modern Wood Lodge I love it)
Hotel Friendliness 4/5 (Could be better if they could speak English as everything in the guide is in German)
Rooms : 5/5 for the price of 1.5k euros 8 nights during winter is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: Good food and service nice big ski equipment room with ample space.
Straight from the piste to the Hotel.
Close to the centre of the village.
Five minute bus ride to the cable car to the Wildkogel Arena.
The bad: Smoking from 2100 hours (Not always observed) at the bar which is central to the seating areas and not properly seperated. No go for none smokers like us.
Note: Forgot ski shoes upon departure were sent to me no charge arrived 3 days later brilliant THANKS!
