Man hat alles was man brauch! Auch die Vermieter sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend! Werden dieses Haus definitiv nochmal buchen! Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu genüge Vorhanden ! Gerne wieder ! Und Danke für die schöne Woche! First of all, thank you for the really warm welcome! Seldom rented a house so beautifully furnished with so much love! There are no more wishes left unfulfilled! You have everything you need! The landlords are also very polite and courteous! Will definitely book this house again! There are enough activities and sights! Gladly again ! And thanks for the wonderful week!

Besonders begeistert waren wir von der stilvollen, individuellen Einrichtung der Wohnung und der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen und zugleich sehr ruhig gelegen mit super Ausstattung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. A really beautiful apartment in a fantastic location overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains. We were particularly impressed by the stylish, individual decor of the apartment and the warmth of the hosts. The apartment is easy to reach and at the same time very quiet with great facilities. We would like to come again.

Wenn man auch unterwegs wie zu Hause fühlen will, ist es die richtige Wahl! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. We booked the vacation home for a business trip and it worked wonderfully. If you want to feel at home on the go, it is the right choice! The house is very clean and nicely furnished and the hostess is very friendly.

Die Lage wundervoll romantisch und ruhig.Die Nähe zu Krimml und Kaprun ist ein Extrazuckerl für Urlauber. Leider mussten wir da auf Geschäftsreisen viel zu früh abreisen.Kein Abschied für immer!Petra ist eine diskrete und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die sofort bei Bedarf zur Stelle ist. ? Ein Top Preis? Leistungsverhältnis das man selten erlebt. Danke dafür!! Herzlichst Petra &Peter We stayed at Petra's lovely holiday home for 2 nights as a business traveler. A clean above average! well-equipped holiday home with attention to detail and a passion for guest culture. The location is wonderfully romantic and quiet. The proximity to Krimml and Kaprun is an extra treat for holidaymakers. Unfortunately, we had to leave way too early on business trips. No goodbye forever! Die Familie Unterberger ist mehr als freundlich, hilfsbereit, gesellig und hat Freude ihre Gäste beherbergen zu können. Mir würde kein größerer Kritikpunkt einfallen, nur dass ich empfehlen würde sich ggf. eine Mehrfachsteckdose mitzubringen, da die Steckdosenkapazitäten etwas knapp bemessen sind, was aber durch solch einfache Lösung kein Problem verursacht (Kapazitäten sollen in Zukunft aber erweitert werden!). Ansonsten ist alles da was man zum Leben und Urlaub machen braucht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und freue mich auch schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch in einen Monat. A very nice, clean and cozy holiday home! The Unterberger family is more than friendly, helpful, sociable and enjoys hosting their guests. I couldn't think of a major point of criticism, only that I would recommend bringing a multiple socket with you if necessary, as the socket capacities are a bit tight, but this does not cause a problem with such a simple solution (capacities should be expanded in the future!). Otherwise everything is there what you need for life and vacation. I would come back anytime and look forward to my next visit in a month.

Gelegen tegen een berghelling met een prachtig overzicht en uitzicht. Heel erg stil, geen lawaai van de doorgaande weg. Beheerster Petra zeer vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Het was gewoon super! Detached house, fully furnished and fully equipped. Welcomed on arrival with pastries and a bottle of wine. Spacious for 2 people. Located against a mountain slope with a beautiful overview and view. Very very quiet, no noise from the main road. Manager Petra very friendly and caring. It was just great!
