Friendly and good for families. Not for party guests. Ski bus only 50m away on the main road. Very friendly and helpful landlady.

Our holiday at Ferienhaus Milders was beautiful. The apartment was well equipped and there has been no shortage of us. Definitely recommended.

Dier Ferienwohnung seht gut ausgestattet und sehr groß. This was our first time at Ferienhaus Milders, but will definitely be back next year. The view from the balcony is dreamlike. The apartment looks well equipped and very large.
H	Hendrik Krenkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im September 2020 in dieser Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Wir (3 Personen) haben uns die FeWo 3 (65m²) ausgesucht und gemietet. Ein Tag vor der Anreise hat die Vermieterin uns per Email mitgeteilt, dass FeWo 6(52m²) für uns bereit steht. Na gut... 13m² weniger scheint sich später vllt im preis wiederzuspiegeln aber pustekuchen. Ferienwohnung hat nach Beendigung unseres urlaubs preislich genauso viel gekostet wie die 65m² Ferienwohnung. Als wir dann Samstags, nachm apres ski noch etwas lauter auf dem balkon waren, hat ihr Sohn(dessen Ferienhaus gegenüber liegt) uns schläge angedroht, wenn wir nicht leiser sein würde. Die Ferienwohnung ist gar nicht gut beheizt und ist in die jahre gekommen. Klopapier ist auch keins vorhanden und muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Schuhe müssen draussen ausgezogen werden, weil dreck auf dem Teppich wird nicht geduldet. Stimmung eher Jugendherberge like. Kein zweites mal We stayed in this apartment in September 2020. We (3 people) have chosen and rented the apartment 3 (65m²). One day before arrival the landlord informed us by email that apartment 6 (52m²) is ready for us. Well ... 13m ² less seems to be reflected in the price later but puff cake. After the end of our vacation, the apartment cost the same as the 65m² apartment. When we were a little louder on the balcony on Saturday after après ski, her son (whose holiday home is across the street) threatened us with slaps if we weren't quieter. The apartment is not heated well and is getting on in years. There is also no toilet paper and you have to bring your own. Shoes have to be taken off outside because dirt on the carpet is not tolerated. Mood more like a youth hostel. Not a second time

Sotto casa parte la passeggiata che costeggia il fiume che porta direttamente in centro a Neustift o alla piscina. Altra passeggiata poco distante che costeggia la strada che conduce al ghiacciaio. A piedi si raggiunge il supermercato a Milders, ristoranti, bancomat, Ski-bar. L’appartamento ha la vista verso il ghiacciaio. L’unico rumore che si sente è quello del torrente. Cucina accessoriata di tutto compreso lavastoviglie. Bagno con doccia. Balcone con tavolino per bevute con vista. Tv e wi-fi. Padroni di casa discreti e gentilissimi. Parcheggio o volontà sotto la struttura. Perfetto è la parola giusta It is already the second summer that I am staying here. Fantastic location close to two bus stops to Innsbruck or the glacier. Below the house starts the promenade that runs along the river that leads directly to the center of Neustift or to the swimming pool. Another nearby walk that runs along the road that leads to the glacier. On foot you reach the supermarket in Milders, restaurants, ATMs, Ski-bars. The apartment has a view towards the glacier. The only noise you hear is that of the stream. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Balcony with a drinking table with a view. Tv and wi-fi. Discreet and very kind hosts. Parking or will under the structure. Perfect is the right word
