The landlords are incorrect
and the agreements were not kept! Am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese Ferienwohnungen nur empfehlen... die Wohnungen haben alles was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt und sind sehr sauber und gepflegt... die Blümels sind Herzens liebe Menschen und man fühlt sich immer willkommen... hier komm ich gern wieder hin.... für Kids ist auch alles da was man benötigt (Rutsche+Schaukel)
I can only recommend these apartments ... the apartments have everything you need for daily life and are very clean and well maintained ... the Blümels are heartfelt dear people and you always feel welcome ... here I like to come back. ... everything is there for kids (slide + swing)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al nostro arrivo ci attende una coppia gentilissima che parla pochissimo inglese e zero italiano poco importa ci siamo capiti benissimo.... Appartamento essenziale ma pulitissimo, immerso nel verde a 5 min dal centro.. Tutto bellissimo!!!
Upon our arrival a very kind couple is waiting for us who speak very little English and zero Italian no matter we understand ourselves very well .... Apartment essential but very clean, in the countryside 5 min from the center .. All beautiful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima la posizione, vicino a Velden ed a tutte le altre località del lago, lato nord attraversato dall'autostrda che passa anche da Klagenfurt.
Casa pulita,carina ed essenziale.
Ci hanno dato gratuitamente anche la Worthersee card plus che da sconti ed 1 accesso gratuito ai bagni che sul lago sono tutti a pagamento, cosa non pubblicizzata sul sito dove abbiamo fatto la prenotazione.
Unica pecca il pagamento richiestoci in contanti.
The location is excellent, close to Velden and all the other places on the lake, the north side crossed by the autostrda which also passes by Klagenfurt.
Clean, pretty and basic house.
They also gave us free of charge the Worthersee card plus that gives discounts and 1 free access to the baths on the lake are all for a fee, something not advertised on the site where we made the reservation.
The only flaw is the payment requested in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe dort 4 Tage mit meiner Familie verbracht. Das Haus sowie die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und der verdammt große Balkon mit Tisch verbessert dies noch um weiteres. Es befindet sich nicht weit weg vom Wörthersee und der Parkplatz passt auch. Das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte ist das WLAN, es gibt sogar 2 im Haus verteilt, allerdings sind die wie bei anderen Hotels einfach nur mies. Besitzer zähle ich nicht, nur kurz gesehen. Für mich ein Top Ferienhaus?
I spent 4 days there with my family. The house as well as the rooms are very nicely decorated and the damn large balcony with table this improves even further. It is located not far from the Wörthersee and the parking lot fits well. The only thing I could complain about is the wireless internet, there are even 2 in the house distributed, however are like other hotels just awful. I do not count owners, only briefly. For me a Top Ferienhaus?
