Die Treppen knarren wenn man in die Wohnung in den zweiten Stock hinauf steigt. Auch wenn man mal nachts in der Wohnung vom Schlafzimmer ins Bad geht muss man sich vorsichtig bewegen, da der Fußboden ziemlich laut ist und man seinen Partner nicht wecken möchte. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell an den wichtigsten Orten in Velden. Allerdings ist das mit der Ruhe nicht so wie beschrieben. Wenn man nachts die Fenster öffnet hört man am Wochenende die oft laute Musik der Veranstaltungen und früh knattern schon die ersten Motorräder und in der Woche auch LKW, die die Straße als Abkürzung benutzen, an der Wohnung vorbei. WLAN wird nicht angeboten. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht akzeptabel. Zumal die Anschlüsse in der Wand vorhanden sind. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und voll funktionsfähig. Als wir in der Wohnung ankamen, mussten wir erstmal das Reinigungspersonal bestellen, damit die Wohnung gesäubert und die Spinnweben entfernt wurden. Auch die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es wundert einen auch, warum man nicht, zumindest in der Vor-und Nachsaison die Einrichtungen des Hotels Engstler mit nutzen kann. Viele wären sicher gerne bereit, dafür einen Aufpreis zu bezahlen. The apartment does not hold what is advertised in the description. The building is quite old, but you know that. The stairs creak as you climb up to the second floor. Even if you go to the bathroom at night in the apartment from the bedroom you have to move carefully, because the floor is quite loud and you do not want to wake up his partner. The location of the apartment is very good. It is very fast to the most important places in Velden. However, this is not as calm as described.
