Das Haus steht am Ortsrand und befindet sich in der Nähe zur Grubigsteinbahn.
Das Haus selbst hat seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Das Mobiliar ist alt dunkelbraun und stark benutzt. Die Hälfte der Zimmer hat keine Dusche. Toiletten sind Gemeinschaftstoiletten am Ende der Etage.
Die Küche ist für die Größe ganz OK. Scheren sind allerdings Mangelware. Auch eine 2. Spülmaschine wäre bei voller Belegung wünschenswert.
Die Bäder und Toiletten sind neu.
Für den Preis ganz OK.
Oh well.
The house is on the outskirts and is close to the Grubigsteinbahn.
The house itself is past its prime. The furniture is old dark brown and heavily used. Half of the rooms have no shower. Toilets are shared toilets at the bottom of the floor.
The kitchen is quite OK for the size. However, scissors are in short supply. A second dishwasher would also be desirable if the room was fully occupied.
The bathrooms and toilets are new.
Quite OK for the price.
