Por dentro, en recepción, no había nadie, había un número de teléfono para hacer el check in, llamé y a los 5 min. vino una mujer para atendernos. Nos dijo que el perro tenía un suplemento de 10€, pero tampoco nos dio ninguna factura ni recibo, fue de mi mano a su mano. El hotel estaba un poco dejado, había poca luz dentro, el ascensor se veía muy viejo, pero bueno. La habitación, era bastante antigua, durante toda la estancia, vimos algunos bichos pequeños por la zona de la cocina y arañas en la zona del baño. Estábamos en la planta 4, y teníamos muy buenas vistas de las montañas, La cama no estaba mal, pero tampoco era de las mejores donde he dormido, una habitación como de pareja mayor. La hora de hacer el check out, tampoco había nadie en recepción, pero al rato, bajo una pareja mayor, que no hablaba inglés, pero la mujer me dijo o eso “entendí yo” que dejáramos la llave de la habitación ahí en la mesa de recepción; después de llamar al teléfono del check in 2 o 3 veces y que no me contestara nadie, me llamo la chica que nos atendió cuando entramos, me comunico que dejará la llave en la mesa tal y como me dijo la mujer mayor. Francamente, fue una experiencia muy fría por parte del personal del hotel, bueno, de la mujer de recepción, ya que no vimos a nadie más. Si podéis evitar este hotel, casi que mejor… The hotel was very dimly lit from the outside, it is not indicated anywhere, we almost passed by when we saw another name on the facade of the building. He told us that the dog had a supplement of € 10, but he did not give us any invoice or receipt, it went from my hand to his hand. The hotel was a bit neglected, there was little light inside, the elevator looked very old, but good. The room was quite old, throughout the stay, we saw some small bugs around the kitchen area and spiders in the bathroom area. We were on the 4th floor, and we had great views of the mountains, The bed wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best where I've slept, a room like an older couple. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the reception either, but after a while, under an older couple, who didn't speak English, but the woman told me or so "I understood" that we left the room key there on the table of reception; After calling the check-in phone 2 or 3 times and no one answered me, the girl who attended us when we entered called me, she told me that she will leave the key on the table as the older woman told me.
