1) Internet wasn't working
2) Beds and sofas (not fold up) were so small and you have to arrange yourself the sheets on the sofas even if they knew that we will sleep on them
3) Cleaning wasn't OK, urine stains on the toilet
4) Their electrician came into our apartment without even knocking, to change a bulb
5) Cold inside but no heating
The only PRO I can think is the location and the rustic design of the property.
