★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are working with Fercam Austria for couple years already, and we had some period of time, when we have loaded few our trucks each week for them. Mostly, person responsible for those transports was Alessia Boffa - She is always helpful and willing to load our trucks, so we are still cooperating these days. I can recommend them!

naughty dispatches with naughty language, missing kilometers from the order.
I do not recommend collaboration with them!

They sell the load, and when truck need to offload , no body want to help , to answer, they ignore you and leave you truck stay and wait there days without any info or waiting costs. Very unproffesional people are working there, from manager to disponent. Shame of the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like to waste Your time and money on phones where they will lie to You that the person in charge is still doing something else besides helping You.... This is a good place for you.
The car was at unloaded place in the morning and the driver found out that the unloading is on the next day, FERCAM AUSTRIA cannot help in this matter and so far they do not answer Your calls. Other staff pretend the person in charge is busy and You waste the whole day.
Hubertus K. + Sabrina K. - I DO NOT RECOMMEND, they cheat and do not answer.
