GESCHICHTE.
Das Unternehmen Ledl Fenster und Türen wurde uns von einem Freund empfohlen.
Im April 2021 haben wir bei dem Unternehmen wegen Rollläden angefragt. Eine Besichtigung in unserem Haus erfolgte 2 Wochen später durch Herrn Melicha, unser „Betreuer“.
Seit der Besichtigung, trotz mehrerer Anrufe und mehreren Mails von uns keinen Kontakt mehr mit der Fa. Ledl und mit Herr Melicha, unser angeblicher Betreuer. Die von uns gesendeten Mails werden weder vom Office noch von unserem „Betreuer“ beantwortet.
UND DAS Ohne Auftrag. ?
Wie wurde das wohl laufen wenn wir den Auftrag an dieses Unternehmen vergeben hätten? ???
RESÜMEE:
Dem Anschein nach hat das Unternehmen Ledl nur Interesse an schnelle Aufträgen und Herrn Melicha Interesse an schnellen Provisionen.
Die Kundenbetreuung ordnet sich in die unterste Liga ein.
Eine Frage drängt sich auf, Konkursgefahr?

This company is a huge disappointment for us. ???♂️
HISTORY.
The company Ledl Fenster und Doors was recommended to us by a friend.
In April 2021, we asked the company about roller shutters. A visit to our house took place 2 weeks later by Mr. Melicha, our "supervisor".
Since the visit, despite several calls and several emails from us, no more contact with the Ledl company and with Mr. Melicha, our alleged supervisor. The mails sent by us will not be answered by the office or our "supervisor".
AND THAT without an order. ?
How would it go if we had awarded the contract to this company? ???
SUMMARY:
Apparently the Ledl company is only interested in quick orders and Mr Melicha is interested in quick commissions.
The customer service is in the lowest league.
One question arises, risk of bankruptcy?
