V	Vero Nica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menschlich TOP, Herr Moser und sein Team sind sehr nett, die Dame am Telefon/Büro ist sehr engagiert. Jedoch hat es scheinbar etwas an der Kommunikation gehapert. Klappläden bei Herrn Moser absolut zu empfehlen und erste Wahl, wenn man das „gewisse Etwas“ für sein Haus sucht, das vielleicht nicht Standard ist! Grüße Human TOP, Mr. Moser and his team are very nice, the lady on the phone / office is very committed. However, it seems to have hindered the communication. Folding shutters with Mr. Moser absolutely recommendable and first choice, if you are looking for the "certain something" for his house, which may not be standard! greetings
L	Lejla Werbung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfrage am 17 Mai 2021 gesendet, bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. 2x Telefonat geführt, es hieß das Angebot kommt gleich und rufe gleich zurück, leider gab es weder das Angebot noch den Anruf. Request sent on May 17, 2021, received no response to date. 2x phone call, it said the offer will be soon and call back, unfortunately there was neither the offer nor the call.
M	Martin Struber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unzuverlässig, vereinbarte Termine werden nicht eingehalten, man wird erst nach vielen Versuchen anzurufen zurück gerufen oder gar nicht,... Habe letztes Jahr im Oktober 2020 8 Stück Rollläden bestellt - dauerte dann 6 Monate bis sie montiert wurden - wobei2/ 3 Wochen Lieferzeit vereinbart waren. Ein Jahr später funktionieren noch immer 2 nicht wie es eigentlich sein sollte. Einfach furchtbar.... Würde nie wieder mit dieser Firma etwas machen. Very unreliable, agreed appointments are not kept, you are only called back after many attempts to call or not at all, ... I ordered 8 roller shutters last year in October 2020 - it then took 6 months to install them - with a 2/3 week delivery time agreed. A year later, 2 are still not working as they should. Simply terrible.... Would never do anything to this company again.
