Termine wurden nicht eingehalten, der Einbau der Fenster wurde über eine andere Firma erledigt, davon wurden wir nicht informiert. Der Einbau der Fenster war fehlerhaft, es wurde auch sehr sehr sehr viel beschädigt. Darauf hin wurden unsere Mängel belächelt! Bis dann endlich was geändert wurde mussten wir einige Gespräche führen leider auch über den Rechtsschutz! Bitte sucht euch eine andere Fenster Firma! Catastrophic!! Only had problems with Ludwig after the order confirmation. Deadlines were not kept, the installation of the windows was done by another company, we were not informed of this. The installation of the windows was incorrect, it was also very, very much damaged. Then our shortcomings were ridiculed! Until something was finally changed, we unfortunately had to hold some discussions about legal protection! Please look for another window company!
G	G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on our experience, Ludwig Fenster seems to be an unprofessional firm that does not take care about customers at all. We have been in contact with Herr Marek Ziolkowski, and he was rude, impolite, and even hang up a phone call. It is not possible to make requests with Fenster Ludwig: you always have to insist and push them to work. They ignore the instructions of their supervisors and demonstrate zero willingness to listen to the customers and to do their job well. You have to remind them again and again about their job. Even if they promise you to do something it will not be done. We contacted the management of Fenster Ludwig by phone and send an email, and they took no action. It looks like they are also not interested in customers. I would not recommend dealing with this firm. Maybe they offer cheap prices for big firms and projects but as a private customer I would never place an order with Fenster Ludwig. If you would like to understand how they treat customers, just read their answers to customer reviews on Google Maps and other sites. Everything will become clear.
