Die größte Frechheit war dann als die Verkäuferin (ich glaube es ist auch die Geschäftsleiterin) der Meinung war es wäre meine Schuld und ich hätte schauen müssen. Ein weiteres Mal habe ich eine Ring mit Saphir hin gebracht weil der Stein aus der Fassung fiel. Beim abholen könnte man sehen dass der Stein geklebt wurde, der Kleber war am beiden Enden zu sehen. Als ich darauf aufmerksam machte würde mir gesagt dass nicht geklebt wurde obwohl es offensichtlich war. Ich kann von diesem Laden nur schwerstens abraten! Got a wedding ring down to shrink. After that, the name was misspelled in the engraving. The biggest cheek was when the saleswoman (I think it's also the manager) thought it was my fault and I should have looked. One more time I brought a ring with a sapphire because the stone fell out of its setting. When you pick it up you could see that the stone was glued, the glue was visible at both ends. When I pointed this out, I was told that there was no glue, although it was obvious. I can hardly advise against this shop!
B	Bianca Schaberreiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mir eine Kette und Ohrringe kaufen, war 2x im Geschäft in Weiz- an einem Tag !- immer das gleiche Bild- wartende Kunden- " nur" eine Angestellte - die sich anscheinend noch mehr Zeit läßt, auch wenn kunden sich stauen- leider. Es wär schon nett wenn wenigstens zwei Angestellte da wären- und auch fürs Geschäft gut. Wanted to buy me a necklace and earrings, was twice in the shop in Weiz - in one day! - always the same picture - customers waiting - "only" one employee - who apparently takes more time, even if customers are stuck - unfortunately. It would be nice if there were at least two employees - and also good for business.

Einkauf und Beratung perfekt. Reinigung von diversen Schmuckstücken hat immer funktioniert, kostet allerdings etwas, wobei immer entgegengekommen wird. Kaufe meinen Schmuck nur dort. Ich kann die Feichtinger Karte sehr empfehlen, da man fast bei jedem Einkauf Rabatte bekommt. (Beispiel: statt 360€, habe ich dann 260€ für meine Stücke bezahlt, 100€ sind immerhin 100€) As always top!
