You were a bit late for it, because it was in 1809 when Bavaria jumped out of the alliance against Napoleon and received a gift from then Tyrol (including Voralberg and today's South Tyrol). Initially, the Tyrolese tried to come to terms with the new ruler, but King Joseph I of Bavaria in any case wanted to include Tyrolean troops in his waning army.
