P	Patty Hoffy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte meine Uhr beim Fasoli richten lassen, und habe dort meine Uhr zum Richten gegeben und deshalb um einen Kostenvoranschlag gebeten. Nach 3 Wochen (!) Wartezeit bekam ich den Anruf das die Reparatur 200 Euro kosten würde. Kam mir komisch vor, weil dir Uhr eigentlich nur zu schnell lief. Deswegen brachte ich die Uhr zu einem anderen Uhrmacher. Am gleichen Tag hat dieser Uhrmacher meine Uhr gratis repariert da es nur eine Arbeit von 5 Minuten war. Fazit: SCHENK FASOLI NICHT DEIN VERTRAUEN! Der Uhrmacher beim Fasoli ist entweder: 1.) überhaupt gar nicht kompetent oder 2.) ein Gauner! - vielleicht beides! I wanted to have my watch adjusted at Fasoli, and gave my watch there to be adjusted and therefore asked for a cost estimate. After 3 weeks (!) Of waiting I got the call that the repair would cost 200 euros. It seemed strange to me because the clock was running too fast for you. So I took the watch to another watchmaker. On the same day this watchmaker repaired my watch for free as it was only a 5 minute job. Conclusion: DO NOT GIVE YOUR TRUST IN FASOLI! The watchmaker at Fasoli is either: 1.) not at all competent or 2.) a crook! - maybe both!

Ich habe telefonisch bestellt und nach Zahlungseingang am Folgetag habe ich die Uhr bereits nach 2 Werktagen in Berlin in den Händen gehalten. Sicher verpackt und mit allen Zertifikaten sowie Rechnung, obendrein wird mir noch ein Reise-Etui kostenlos nachgeliefert. Gerne wäre ich auch direkt ins Geschäft gereist, aber die Zeit und Kosten kann man sich hier gern sparen. Vertrauen und Service wird durch Herrn Bosio und sein Team sehr groß geschrieben! Nochmals Danke Friendly and competent service from Innsbruck - insider tip when it comes to buying limited watches (e.g. Omega James Bond Limited Edition)! I ordered by phone and after receiving the payment the next day, I already had the watch in my hands after 2 working days in Berlin. Packed securely and with all certificates and invoices, on top of that I will receive a travel case free of charge. I would also have liked to have traveled directly to the store, but you can save time and money here. Trust and service is very important to Mr. Bosio and his team! Thanks again
