Beautiful and cozy family hotel with neat sanitary facilities, where we only had a cup of hot chocolate and a (delicious!) apple strudel during a cross-country tour: the Pinzgau trail runs right past the hotel ...

Schöner Wellnessbereich und Skibushaltestelle gleich vor dem Hotel. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Great hotel with a family atmosphere. The food is outstanding. The meat comes from their own farm. Beautiful wellness area and ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. We'd love to come back.
D	Dom Pilgramovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Familien geführtes Hotel. Super freundlicher Empfang und Service. Essen war sehr lecker. Zimmer sauber. Zur Smaragdbahn sind es nur 5 min mit dem Auto. Für die Kinder gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz draußen und einen spielezimmer im Keller. Skier und Skischuhe konnten bequem gelagert werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Great family run hotel. Super friendly welcome and service. Food was delicious. room clean. It is only 5 minutes by car to the Smaragdbahn. For the children there is a nice playground outside and a playroom in the basement. Skis and ski boots could be conveniently stored. We'd love to come back.

L	Leyla Varli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is quite nice. Not far from Kitzbühel or Mittersill and within 25 minutes by car you can go see the Krimml Waterfalls. The rooms were quite big enough for a little family and overall pretty clean. Breakfast is served between 0700 to 1000am and there is a variety of food. What really drove me crazy were those eggs which one needs to boil by themselves. So everytime I tried to boil an egg, someone just took them. So advice here stay next to the boiler and wait until your egg is done or just forget about having one. The hours for sauna visits are between 0400 and 0600 pm. If you go skiing make sure you are back in time and have a pre registration.

Value for money is good, taking the complimentary national park card into account, even great. it.s a very important perk, you get a free ride with cable cars, one a day. with your stay... please ask the staff for details... why i don.t give 5 stars? Service was good, some of the staff seemed exhausted and i missed a bit of the usual tirolian hospitality, Breakfast was good, but towards later, the goodies were all gone and overall i had better breakfasts in 3 star places. in the room there was no fridge, no tea or coffee, no glasses, all bearable but for me, not enough to give 5 stars. A view more little things... Dining room i found rather plain, very functional, wellness only open 16.00 to 19.00hrs while dinner is 18.00 to 19.00hrs...not a big time window... to end on a positive note. great tip from the boss about where to find minerals... great children play area,

I checked in and wasn’t charged for the room and my wife checked out and paid the outstanding balance BUT my wife only got charged for the drinks, thinking I had paid for the room on checkin. The hotel then decided to call the police and tell them we had done a runner and not paid, this resulted in us getting pulled over from the police and our passports being confiscated and escorted back to the hotel from 15 miles away. I personally found this outrageous that the hotel forgot to bill my wife then say we did a runner from the hotel.. Naturally I won’t be returning. Shame as the place was ok.
R	Ruben van der Pol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with friendly personnel and excellent service internally but also for activities in the area. We totally admit they deserve the four stars. The rooms are very clean with good beds, sanitair and other facilities. The breakfast is great with the regular and local products. For diner you can choose out of 3 dishes with mostly meat, fish, pasta or veggies. Their menu flexibility for kids is the best there is… we really felt concerned about selectivity of our kids but that didn’t seem to be any issue. The area is magnificent as well… when you cross the small river you’re at natural park with nice hiking routes and beautiful nature. During wintersport you can either go to the lift of Neukirchen or Bramberg. The only thing is that busses pass by on times that are inconvenient when kids go to class. But the roads are good accessible. One suggestion for the hotel, the parking lot was very slippery with ice and snow, maybe that can be de-iced?
