P	Pezy G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe die Bewertungen nicht ganz. Ja ok, das Hotel ist nicht das Neueste, aber immerhin funktioniert alles und ist sauber. Wenn man da Urlaub macht, überhaupt mit den Kids wird man wohl kaum Zeit im Zimmer verbringen ausser zum Schlafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir haben am Abend den TV aus dem anderen Zimmer gehört... Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant, also die Kaminstube, das Essen ist ok..aber man braucht sich nicht zu viel zu erwarten. Frühstück ist ok, aber etwas einfallslos. Jeden Tag die selbe Auswahl, sicher für jeden was dabei, aber ein bisschen mehr Kreativität könnte man sich schon erwarten. Der Gehweg bis zur Therme ist mit 5 Minuten angeschrieben...soll mir mal jemand zeigen, wie man das schaffen soll mit Badesachen für die ganze Familie und Kleinkind... lachhaft... Und nun zum größten Minuspunkt, ich versteh nicht warum sich ein solches Hotel als "Familienhotel" schimpft. Das Einzige warum es eins sein könnte, ist weil Familien dort einchecken. Der "Spielplatz" ist ja wohl ein Witz und auch sonst konnte ich nichts finden was für kleinere Kinder attraktiv sein könnte....versteh ich leider nicht... Wir, als FAMILIE können dieses Hotel in keinster Weise für FAMILIEN emfehlen! I don't fully understand the reviews. Yes, ok, the hotel is not the newest, but at least everything works and is clean. If you go on vacation there, you will hardly spend any time in the room with the kids except to sleep. The rooms are very badly soundproofed, in the evening we heard the TV from the other room ... The cleaning staff is very friendly. The restaurant, the chimney room, the food is ok ... but you don't have to expect too much. Breakfast is ok, but a bit unimaginative. The same selection every day, certainly something for everyone, but you could expect a little more creativity. The sidewalk to the thermal baths is marked with 5 minutes ... should someone show me how to do it with bathing suits for the whole family and toddler ... laughable ... And now to the biggest negative point, I don't understand why such a hotel calls itself a "family hotel". The only why it could be one is because families check in there. The "playground" is probably a joke and I couldn't find anything else that could be attractive for smaller children ... unfortunately I don't understand ... We, as a FAMILY, can in no way recommend this hotel for FAMILIES!
V	Veronika Ehweiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da wir schon Mal da waren und damals 100% zufrieden, kamen wir dieses Jahr wieder ins Familienhotel. Leider wurden wir dieses Jahr ein wenig enttäuscht.... Zimmer zwar sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen...leider oberhalb der Restaurant Küche, wo sich der Geruch ziemlich hineingezog...Waschtisch mit Sprung, Dusche mit Dachschräge, wo ein duschen fast unmöglich war..... Frühstück war wie letztes Mal sehr zufriedenstellend! Personal freundliche, sehr zu erwähnen die Kellner im Restaurant!!! Kurz gesagt: wäre das Zimmer ein anderes gewesen wären es 10+ Punkte, so leider nur 8? Since we had already been there before and were 100% satisfied at the time, we came back to the family hotel this year. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed this year .... The room is clean, but a bit old ... unfortunately above the restaurant kitchen, where the smell is quite drawn in ... washbasin with a dip, shower with a sloping ceiling, where a shower was almost impossible ..... Breakfast was very satisfactory like last time! Staff friendly, very much to mention the waiters in the restaurant! In short: if the room had been a different one, it would have been 10+ points, unfortunately only 8?
T	Thomas König on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Hotel. Riesen Zimmer, sauber, Frühstück ausreichend und trotzdem günstig. Bis zur Therme 2 min. Very nice place. Huge rooms, clean, breakfast sufficient and still cheap. 2 minutes to the thermal baths.
