We received a voucher for 3 nights here for Christmas and were really pleasantly surprised. You've definitely earned 5/5 stars.

Es steht auch auf der Homepage das die Zimmer renoviert sind. Unseres war überhaupt nicht neu .Ich habe außerdem extra erwähnt das ich eine weizenallergie habe es wird auch auf der homepage erwähnt das man dort etwas findet wenn man eine Unverträglichkeit hat.ich war sehr unzufrieden mit dem Angebot da ich es ja extra noch per Mail geschrieben habe. Wir fahren nicht mehr hin. We were not satisfied for 150 euros a room that was dirty, there was no soap or shower gel for this price. It is also on the homepage that the rooms are renovated. Ours was not new at all. I also mentioned that I have a wheat allergy, it is also mentioned on the homepage that you can find something there if you have an intolerance. I was very dissatisfied with the offer because I wrote it extra by email have. We're not going there anymore.

Die tollen Bilder vom Hotel von der Außenanlage vom Zimmer, von der Romantik und dem tollen ausreichenden regionalen und abwechslungsreich Frühstücks Buffet entspricht leider nicht der Realität. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal hingegen war immer stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub in der Steiermark und wir werden wiederkommen. Aber dann in einem anderen Hotel. Sorry Before we decided on this hotel, we did some research on the internet. The great pictures of the hotel from the outside area from the room, of the romance and the great sufficient regional and varied breakfast buffet unfortunately does not correspond to reality. Der Chef nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Gäste, ist äußerst zuvorkommend und versorgt einen mit vielen Insidertipps. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück ein Gedicht - viele regionale Produkte, ganz besonders sind die vielen Brotsorten und hierbei vor allem das köstliche Nussbrot hervorzuheben. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir kommen wieder! We stayed at this beautiful new hotel for three nights and can only recommend it to everyone. The boss takes a lot of time for the guests, is extremely courteous and provides you with lots of insider tips. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is a poem - many regional products, especially the many types of bread and especially the delicious nut bread should be emphasized. Very quiet location. We will be back!

In 3 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Therme! Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch! Very nice hotel, very nice clean rooms and very good breakfast! The reception and the service is very nice!!! You can park directly in front of the hotel. In 3 minutes you are by car in the thermal baths! We are already looking forward to the next visit!

Colazione fantastica, con un’ampia scelta di pietanze, dolci fatti in casa ecc. We spent 4 wonderful days in this hotel. Clean rooms and common areas, always present reception, the owner is a very kind person. Fantastic breakfast, with a wide choice of dishes, homemade desserts, etc.
