S	Sabine Reinhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vom Essen wurde mir übel, das Brot letschert wie sonst was, schmeckt wie gebackenes Brot das eingekühlt und wieder aufgetaut wurde.. ekelhaft. und der Umgang mit Kunden unterirdisch ? I felt sick from eating, the bread slumped like anything else, tasted like baked bread that was refrigerated and thawed again .. disgusting. and dealing with customers underground ?

Ein Besuch ist es nicht wert, sorry.. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the restaurant .. the staff is a bit arrogant and my friends and I have never smoked such a bad shisha .. It is not worth a visit, sorry ..

Der Chef weiss eben was er tut. Das Essen ist sowieso ein Traum, und das Preisleistungsverhältniss voll in Ordnung. Wir sind das 2 mal hier, und werden immer wieder kommen. Danke Armin für den tollen Service. Sandra & Dejan We are super happy that there is finally a restaurant with real Bosnian cuisine in Bruck. The ambience is really mega nice, the staff super nice. The boss just knows what he's doing. The food is a dream anyway, and the price-performance ratio is okay. We are here twice, and will come back again and again. Thanks Armin for the great service. Ich denke, dass ich als Kroatin durchaus beurteilen kann, ob ein Cevap gut ist oder nicht und es war alles super lecker. Danke Sabine Reinhardt, stay with your schnitzel! I think that as a Croatian I can definitely judge whether a cevap is good or not and it was all super delicious. thanks

Heute wollten wir eine 2 Chance geben den es kann überall mal was schief gehen. Bekommen wir einen Anruf warum wir nochmal Bestellen wenn letztens etwas nicht gepasst hat und schlecht Bewertet. Wir haben Privat Sie kontaktiert und anstatt das man das 2 mal es versucht besser zumachen wird man Angerufen und wirklich gefragt warum man Bestellt. 1. Haben wir beim ersten mal Privat Kontaktiert und keine Schlechte Bewertung hier abgegeben 2.Kann überall mal was sein das ist man Froh wenn der Kunde das Negative Feedback Privat Mitteilt. 3. Wenn der Kunde nochmal Bestellt dann Versuche ich es Besser zu machen und Rufe nicht den Kunden an und Frage warum er Bestellt. Für dort Essen vielleicht zum weiter Empfehlen aber für Liefern eine Absoluter Flop Hi there, Ordered once a few weeks ago, were not satisfied and communicated it privately. Today we wanted to give a 2 chance because something can go wrong anywhere. Do we get a call why we're ordering again if something didn't fit recently and was badly rated. We contacted you privately and instead of trying to close it twice, you were called and really asked why you ordered. 1. We contacted them privately the first time and didn't give a bad rating here 2. Something can happen anywhere, that makes you happy when the customer communicates the negative feedback privately. 3. If the customer orders again, I try to do better and don't call the customer and ask why he is ordering. For food there maybe to recommend but for delivery an absolute flop
