★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter hat ihre keine zwei Jahre alte Singer One Nähmaschine hin gebracht da sich das Handrad gelöst hat und kurz darauf sich dann gar nichts mehr bewegt hat.
Nach ein paar Tagen wurde ihr dann per Telefon mitgeteilt das es leider ein Totalschaden sei da etwas bei der Elektronik hin sei.
Mit Garantie sei da auch nichts zu machen da sie die Maschine überlastet habe.
Man kann ihr aber um 180€ eine Servicierte gebrauchte Nähmaschine anbieten wenn sie die Singer für Ersatzteile dort lässt.
Ich als Techniker, der leider erst zu dem Zeitpunkt von dem ganzen erfahren hat konnte mir einfach nicht vorstellen das es wirklich ein irreparabler schaden sein kann, außerdem müsste ja auch noch Gesetzliche Gewährleistung drauf sein.
Bin also mit gefahren. Uns wurde dann direkt ins Gesicht gesagt das dass ja gar keine richtige Singer Maschine ist sondern nur so ein Asiatisches Klumpert wo sie nur die Lizenz haben Singer drauf zu schreiben und nun hieß es der Motor sei hin.
Dennoch bestand ich darauf die Maschine erst mal mit zu nehmen um es bei MediaMarkt wo die Maschine gekauft wurde mit der Gewährleistung zu probieren.
Habe sie dann aber doch zuhause aufgeschraubt, und ich konnte meinen Augen nicht glauben; es war lediglich der Zahnriemen runter gefallen.
Nähmaschine geht nun wieder ohne irgend welche Probleme.
My mother brought her less than two year old Singer One sewing machine there because the handwheel loosened and shortly afterwards nothing moved.
After a few days, she was informed by phone that it was a total loss because there was something wrong with the electronics.
With guarantee there was nothing to do because it overloaded the machine.
But you can offer her a serviced used sewing machine for 180 € if she leaves the singer there for spare parts.
As a technician, who unfortunately only found out about it at the time, I simply couldn't imagine that it could really be irreparable damage, and there should also be a legal guarantee.
So I went with it. We were then told directly in the face that there was no real Singer machine at all but just an Asian clump where they only had the license to write Singer on it and now it was time for the engine.
Nevertheless, I insisted on taking the machine with me to try it out at MediaMarkt, where the machine was bought, with the guarantee.
But then I screwed it on at home and I couldn't believe my eyes; only the timing belt had fallen off.
Sewing machine is now again without any problems.
