Nach Monaten eine Inkasso Rechnung über eine Stornogebühr . Danke für nichts! Attention! Fell on my nose here. Order placed and canceled because I got my money back without a lawyer. After months, a collection invoice for a cancellation fee. Thanks for nothing!
M	Michi SUNMIC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Beteiligung 2018 an Insolvenzverfahren Air Berlin etwas holpriger Start, aber immerhin mit raschen Antworten auf Anfragen und Klärungen. Zwar wenig befriedigend, dann mehrfach bis 2020 immer nur zu hören, dass Insolvenz erst bei Gericht bearbeitet werden muss, aber angesichts eines so großen Verfahrens auch verständlich. Seither jedoch keinerlei weitere Information, auch auf Anfragen nur Verweis auf - mir unbekannte - Vertragsanwälte, dies sich melden werden (März 2020). Bisher aber keinerlei Info, weder von Anwälten noch von Anwälten. Immerhin 3(!) Jahre nach Start bei Fairplane sollte wohl etwas mehr Info vorliegen - oder sich wenigstens wer die Mühe machen, zu antworten. Neue Urgenz daher am 18.12.2020, bisher keine Antwort. Das ist wenig professionell und vor allem ausgesprochen kundenunfreundlich - wobei es wenig interessiert, wo oder bei wem die Versäumnisse liegen! Es gibt ja nur Fairplane als Ansprechpartner. After participating in the Air Berlin insolvency proceedings in 2018, it got off to a somewhat bumpy start, but at least with quick responses to inquiries and clarifications. Not very satisfactory, then several times until 2020 only to hear that bankruptcy first has to be processed in court, but also understandable in view of such a large process. Since then, however, no further information, even in response to inquiries only referring to - unknown to me - contract lawyers, who will contact you (March 2020). So far, however, no information, neither from lawyers nor from lawyers. After all, 3 (!) Years after starting at Fairplane, a little more information should be available - or at least someone who takes the trouble to answer. New urgency therefore on December 18, 2020, so far no answer. That is not very professional and, above all, extremely customer-unfriendly - although it does not matter where or with whom the failures are! There is only Fairplane as a contact.
w	werner gnigler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair Plane bewirbt ihr Service als risikofrei in Bezug auf Kosten für Ihre Kunden. Also rein auf Erfolgsbasis. Das stimmt nicht und ihre Angaben sind irreführend. Es wird ein Anwalt beauftragt und wenn man als Kunde nicht beim Gerichtstermin erscheinen kann, wollen sie die Gerichts und Anwaltskosten dem Kunden in Rechnung stellen. Das steht im grassen Wiederspruck zu den Angaben auf der Webpage. Somit fallen Kosten für den Kunden an, die Platform arbeitet mit Falschinformationen! Fair Plane advertises their service as risk-free in terms of costs for their customers. So purely on the basis of success. This is not true and their statements are misleading. An attorney is hired and if the customer is unable to attend the court hearing, they want to charge the court and attorney's fees to the customer. This is in general contradiction to the information on the website. This means that there are costs for the customer, the platform works with false information!
S	Sim Fo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung - Unseriöses Unternehmen bei dem man durch Klick auf einen Button wohl Verträge eingeht obwohl man nichts unterschrieben hat. Inkassorechnungen für absolut keine Leistung sondern eine angebliche „Stornierung“ also. Würde hier dringend aufpassen! Attention - dubious company where you probably enter into contracts by clicking on a button even though you haven't signed anything. Collection invoices for absolutely no service but an alleged "cancellation". I would be careful here!
