Auch bei einer zweiten Wohnung war es nicht möglich mir mitzuteilen, dass sie vergeben ist. Bin sehr enttäuscht!!! 1 Stern da es nicht möglich ist, keinen zu vergeben!!!!! I have only 2 hours before the appointment by the previous tenant! learn that the apartment is already taken. Even with a second apartment it was not possible to tell me that it was taken. Am very disappointed!!! 1 star since it is not possible not to assign one !!!!!
M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Simone L. ist zum vereinbarten Besichtigungstermin nicht erschienen (bin extra dafür von St. Pölten nach Linz gefahren), am Telefon gab es eine Ausrede, wieso sie nicht erschienen ist, und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass man sich bei mir melde, um einen neuen Termin zu vereinbaren, leider ist dies nie passiert. Ich ersuche Sie, keine Lügen bei den Bewertungen zu verbreiten, Sie haben abgesagt, und sich nicht mehr gemeldet, nicht ich! Absolute Frechheit! Ms. Simone L. did not show up for the agreed viewing appointment (I drove from St. Pölten to Linz especially for this), there was an excuse on the phone why she did not show up, and I was told that they would contact me for one to make a new appointment, unfortunately this never happened. I ask you not to lie about the reviews, you canceled and did not get in touch, not me! Absolute cheek!

Es wird als völlig normal empfunden vom Vermieter wenn der Mieter fast eine Woche nur spontan eine Heizung und Warmwasser hat. Auch schafft man es nicht die extrem laute Heizung zu dämmen oder sich dem Problem anzunehmen. Der Mietpreis hoch, die Qualität und Leistung durch den Vermieter niedrig. Leider gibt es die Möglichkeit keinen Stern zu vergeben nicht. NACHTRAG ausgezogen und froh dass es endlich vorbei ist. Experience has shown that tenants deal with problems very casually. It is perceived as completely normal by the landlord if the tenant spontaneously only has heating and hot water for almost a week. You also can't manage to insulate the extremely loud heating or deal with the problem. The rental price is high, the quality and service provided by the landlord are low. Unfortunately it is not possible to award a star. ADDENDUM moved out and glad that it is finally over.

Die Wohnungen sind hochwertig ausgestattet und befinden sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit super Anbindungen zur Autobahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich würde dafür mehr als 5 Sterne geben!! Ms. Hofer Anita carried out a professional, nice, quick inspection and handover of the apartment with me.
