★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der telefonische Erstkontakt mit einem Verkäufer dieser Firma fiel denkbar negativ aus, man hatte das Gefühl, von oben herab behandelt zu werden. Der ungehaltene Verkäufer bemängelte, dass er sich vor Anfragen nicht retten könne und bezeichnete Mitbewerber als unseriös. Ich finde das äußerst schade, aber auch bedenklich, da ich den Eindruck hatte, M-Haus wäre familiärer positioniert, aber tatsächlich dürfte der Erfolg zu Kopf gestiegen sein. Ich freue mich für M-Haus, dass es so gut läuft, man hätte mir diese indirekte Absage aber auch freundlicher beibringen können.
The initial telephone contact with a salesperson from this company was extremely negative, and you had the feeling that you were being treated from above. The angry seller complained that he could not save himself from inquiries and described competitors as dubious. I find that extremely unfortunate, but also worrying, because I had the impression that M-Haus was positioned more familiar, but in fact the success should have gone to my head. I'm happy for M-Haus that things are going so well, but I could have been taught this indirect rejection in a more friendly way.
