★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallstadt, erreicht per Bahn von Ebensee aus an's gegenüber liegwnde Ufer, mit der Fähre zum Ort. In der Nachsaison war es nicht so voll. Ein Muss der Welterbeblick hoch über Hallstadt, die Geschichte des Orts und des Salzes sehr interessant und der Ort selbst ruhig, viele alte Bebauung, schmale Gassen und der schöne See. Ein Besuch, der sich lohnt .
 Hallstadt, reached by train from Ebensee on the opposite bank, with the ferry to the place. It wasn't that crowded in the postseason. A must is the world heritage view high above Hallstadt, the history of the place and the salt very interesting and the place itself quiet, many old buildings, narrow streets and the beautiful lake. A visit that's worth it .
