The ferry is in constant use for cyclists, hikers and cars. Short nice drive across the river. It's so wonderfully beautiful here ...

Andere Radfahren sind weitergefahren, ich wollte dann auch aufgegeben. Leider nicht das erste mal das mich diese Fähre hängen lässt. Vielleicht nett für Touristen, aber unmöglich sich darauf zu verlassen. Edit: Fährmann ist dann doch noch gekommen, zumindest der war dann sehr nett Opening times are probably not right. P	Philip Jetschgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekte Lösung wenn man auf die andere Seite der Donau will ohne gleich nach Aschach oder Engelhartszell fahren will. Die Fähre fährt je nach Bedarf. Sie holt auch einzelne Radfahrer ab. Die Wartezeiten halten sich somit in Grenzen. Und ganz nebenbei ist so eine Bootsfahrt immer wieder cool. Perfect solution if you want to go to the other side of the Danube without going straight to Aschach or Engelhartszell. The ferry runs as needed. She also picks up individual cyclists. The waiting times are therefore limited. And by the way, such a boat trip is always cool.
B	Berg Murmel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idyllisches Fleckchen Erde, für zwei bis drei Autos Und einige Fahrräder geeignet. man hat das Gefühl man fährt auf dem Wasser, ein Pkw kostet 5 Euro pro Überfahrt, pro Person verlangt der Fährmann 1 Euro. Die Überfahrt dauert nur ca. drei bis vier Minuten lohnt sich aber in meinen Augen. dort ist es sehr ruhig da dort kein Durchgangsverkehr herrscht. Wenn man vom südlichen Donauufer kommt kann man das Mühltal hochfahren und wer sich mit Landkarten auskennt kann den Ort mit dem lustigen Namen Hühnergeschrei erreichen. Es sind auch einige Gaststätten mit leckeren Speisen auf beiden Seiten des Donauufers. Betriebszeiten sind auf einem Foto zu erkennen und zu lesen. Update 2021 Auto kostet jetzt 50 Cent mehr, immer wieder ein Erlebnis.
