Von der Vermittlung angebotene Rückrufe erfolgen nur im Ausnahmefall, eigentlich nie. Selbst Mitte November, also in der 'toten' Saison das selbe Verhalten. Die Werkstattqualität schlichtweg schlampig, ohne Qualitätsendkontrolle. Bei mir war fast jeder Werkstattaufenthalt mit einer Reklamation verbunden und bei rund 15 bis 20.000 km im Jahr kommen da schon einige Reklamationen zusammen. Ich denke der Laden lebt vom Hype um Vespa und den enorm guten Verkaufszahlen als Importeur. Service quality and customer orientation tends to zero.
