( Bad , WC und eine neue Küche ) trotz Lieferverzörung wurde die Installation rasch & hervorragend erledigt . Empfehlenswert !!! I had my apartment in the 22nd district renovated. (Bathroom, toilet and a new kitchen) despite delivery delays, the installation was done quickly & excellently. Recommended !!!

Danach hat man sich nicht bemüht irgendwas zu beschleunigen. Meine Ansprechperson hat gesagt er kann da nix machen. I asked for a quick invoice because of the insurance. He assured me of this several times before the commissioning. After that you didn't try to accelerate anything. My contact person said he can't do anything about it.
V	Volkmar Kral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betrifft Installation eines Baxi Brennwertgerätes. Ich hatte meine Küche vorsichtshalber sehr gut abgedeckt da mit größeren Stemmarbeiten zu rechnen waren. Die Mannen von der Firma gingen mit ungehörten, der Arbeit entsprechendem - "Feingefühl" ans Werk so das sie dem Kunden die Angst/die Unsicherheit nahmen. Permanent wurde ich über die weitere Vorgangsweise der Arbeiten informiert und somit eingebunden. Bei schlechten Wetter am Dach zu arbeiten und trotzdem immer ein freundliches Wort zu finden ist außergewöhnlich. Ich hörte keine "Kraftausdrücke" sondern nur gezieltes der Arbeit entsprechendes Nivau (außer wenn sich einer auf die Finger Schlägt beim stemmen oder die Stemmmaschine hängen bleibt - Menschlich!!!!). Trotz des Tages (Freitag) da sie Naturgemäß bis Mittag arbeiten hatte der Monteur die Ruhe weg und meinte er ginge erst dann wenn das Gerät positiv läuft. Nebenbei stellte er Installations - Fehler Richtig die bei meinem alten Gerät offenbar passiert wurden ohne viele Worte zu darüber zu verlieren. Auch Estethik lag ihm nahe - das findet man heute sehr selten. Kurze Zusammenfassung: Eine sehr gute Firma mit motivierten Mitarbeitern die auf das Wohl des Kunden sehr bedacht sind!!! Meinerseits empfehle die Firma sicher weiter weil ich mich sehr sicher fühle und den Einsatz der Arbeiter sehr schätze !!! BG. V.Kral Relates to the installation of a Baxi condensing boiler. As a precaution, I had my kitchen covered very well because major chiseling work was to be expected. The men from the company went to work with unheard "sensitivity" appropriate to their work, so that they took away the customer's fear / uncertainty. I was constantly informed about the further procedure of the work and thus involved. Working on the roof in bad weather and still finding a friendly word is extraordinary. I did not hear any "strong expressions" but only specific level corresponding to the work (except when someone hits his fingers while lifting or the cutting machine gets stuck - human !!!!). Despite the day (Friday) because they naturally work until noon, the fitter had the peace and said he would only leave when the device was running positively. Incidentally, he noted installation errors right, which apparently happened with my old device without saying much about it. Estethics was also close to his heart - that is very rare today. Short Summary: A very good company with motivated employees who are very concerned about the well-being of the customer! For my part, I would certainly recommend the company to others because I feel very safe and appreciate the commitment of the workers very much! BG. V. Kral

Hatte einen kompleten Heizungsausfall und der Handwerker hat sich schlicht geweigert zum termin zu erscheinen und sagt dann am telefon das er mir nicht helfen kann ohne sich die situation überhaupt anzusehen. Danke für nichts! Absolutely unprofessional. Had a complete heating failure and the craftsman simply refused to show up and then said on the phone that he could not help me without even looking at the situation. Thanks for nothing!
m	margit hycl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich NULL Sterne vergeben!!! Die schlimmste Betrüger- Firma die ich je zu Gesicht bekommen habe!!! Sie verstehen ihr Handwerk ÜBERHAUPT nicht, und stellen dann noch für ihr NICHTS TUN, überteuerte Rechnungen aus! Die Mitarbeiter dieser Firma haben sich meinen Durchlauferhitzer nur 5 Minuten angesehen (weil sie das falsche Ersatzteil dabei hatten), und sonst NICHTS, und dann bekomme ich eine Rechnung von fast 200€ für eine 1,5 stündige Montage! Es fand keine Montage statt und die Mitarbeiter waren 5 Minuten da!!!!! If it were possible, I would give zero stars !!! The worst scam company I've ever seen! They DON'T understand their craft at all, and then issue overpriced bills for NOTHING! The employees of this company only looked at my water heater for 5 minutes (because they had the wrong spare part with them) and NOTHING else, and then I get an invoice of almost € 200 for a 1.5 hour installation! There was no assembly and the employees were there for 5 minutes !!!!!

Auch bei kleinsten Schwierigkeiten konnten Mitarbeiter oder auch der Chef persönlich, sich die Zeit nehmen um meine Probleme auf schnellstem Wege zu beheben ! Ich kann die Firma Jiranek nur weiterempfehlen! LG Basically I am a skeptical person when it comes to craftsmen in my household, but the Jiranek company was able to convince me 100%. Even with the smallest difficulties, employees or the boss personally could take the time to solve my problems as quickly as possible! I can only recommend the company Jiranek! LG
