In Deinem Beruf, bei dem man mit Menschen zu tun hat, ist es wichtig, deren Anliegen zu bearbeiten, ohne in einer derart ungeduldigen Art und Weise zu reagieren. Ich finde das sehr schade und kann mich der Rezession seitens Herrn Grill nur anschließen. Hello Christoph. Unfortunately, today is not a good day for you, but you shouldn't leave it out with customers. In your job, where you deal with people, it is important to deal with their concerns without reacting in such an impatient manner. I think that's a shame and can only agree with Mr Grill's recession.

Selten dass man so herablassend und arrogant behandelt wird, wie wir es heute erlebt haben. Und das nur weil der Vertrag erst am 1.8. zum verlängern geht und wir einen anderen Vertrag kündigen wollten. ... So wie das Personal jetzt ist, ist das Geschäft nicht zu empfehlen. So, ... known for the great service and as customer-friendly the business once was, it is now that customer-unfriendly. Rarely is one treated as condescendingly and arrogantly as we have seen today. And that's only because the contract was not signed until August 1st. to extend and we wanted to terminate another contract. ... As the staff is now, the business is not recommended.

P	Patrick Hödlmoser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So: Auf den ersten Eindruck wirken ja alle ganz nett und freundlich und dann kommt man ein paar Monate später drauf, dass sie einem den größten Schrottvertrag angedreht haben, der je in der Geschichte der Internetverträge gemacht wurde... Statt 26 Euro wie besprochen zahlen wir jetzt 52 Euro fürs Internet (das nicht funktioniert) und können erst in ZWEI JAHREN aus dem Vertrag wieder raus! Der ach so nette Mitarbeiter (ich glaube er heißt Christoph), der uns den Vertrag verkauft hat und unsere Adresse sehr wohl kannte, hatte dann auch noch die Frechheit als wir mit Problemen zurück gekommen sind, uns zu erklären, dass da wo wir wohnen Drei eh nie richtig funktioniert und das Drei netz erst wieder bei Mondsee funktioniert. Also bravo, richtige Gauner und wir sind voll drauf reingefallen... Ich geh dort nie wieder hin und wenn man auf Google 0 Sterne abgeben könnte, dann gäbe ich Exquisit -10000000 Sterne. So: On the first impression everyone seems very nice and friendly and then a few months later you realize that they have turned you into the biggest scrap contract that has ever been made in the history of Internet contracts ... Instead of paying 26 euros as discussed we now 52 euros for the Internet (which doesn't work) and we won't be able to get out of the contract for TWO YEARS! The oh so nice employee (I think his name is Christoph), who sold us the contract and knew our address very well, had the nerve when we came back with problems to explain to us that three of us live where we live Never really works anyway and the Drei Netz only works again at Mondsee. So bravo, real crooks and we fell for it ... I'll never go there again and if you could give 0 stars on Google, then I would give Exquisit -10,000,000 stars.

A	Anita Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche, herablassende, ungeduldige Mitarbeiter. Geschäftspraktik: Teuer und schnell verkaufen, alles was danach ist, interessiert die Mitarbeiter nicht. Ich bin schon langjähriger Kunde, aber in Zukunft werde ich dieses Geschäft sicher nicht mehr besuchen und jedem davon abraten dort zu kaufen. Very rude, condescending, impatient staff. Business practice: sell expensively and quickly, everything that comes after that is of no interest to the employees. I have been a customer for many years, but I will certainly not visit this store again in the future and advise everyone not to shop there.
