I am shocked by this way of dealing with patients! Unfriendly and sloppy! I only spoke to her on the phone, a visit was done with that!

Was for the GU, Corona AK determination and needed a prescription. Everything quickly and easily. All extremely friendly and ....... the blood sample did not hurt at all !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bislang nur vertretungsweise mit der Ordination (zwecks Rezept) zu tun gehabt und ich muss als "Halblinzer/Ischler" feststellen, dass man in Linz sich an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sämtlicher Ärzte in der Landeshauptstadt
eine Scheibe abschneiden könnte.
Daher vielen Dank dem ganzen Team der Ordination Dr. URSULA LERPERGER!
So far I only dealt with the ordination (for the purpose of a prescription) on a representative basis and as a "Halblinzer / Ischler" I have to say that in Linz you can appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all doctors in the state capital
could cut a slice.
