(In meinem Fall elektrische Installationen + Kauf notwendiger Produkte/Beleuchtung bei einem kleinen Bauvorhaben - ich habe explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass es kein Problem wäre, einfach wegen zu geringem Umfang nein zu sagen und ich kein Abstandsangebot möchte, bei dem beide Parteien nur Zeit verlieren sowie unnötigen Aufwand in die Sache investieren) Dies wurde bejaht und ich gebeten Pläne zu übersenden, man werde sich melden und alles weitere gerne bei einem persönlichen Termin absprechen. Leider seitdem (10. September) keinerlei Rückmeldung geschweige denn ein Angebot.
I called and asked whether small or small orders would be accepted. (In my case, electrical installations + purchase of necessary products / lighting for a small building project - I explicitly pointed out that it would not be a problem to simply say no because the scope was too small and I would not want a distance offer in which both parties only lose time as well as investing unnecessary effort in the matter) This was answered in the affirmative and I was asked to send plans, they will contact you and discuss everything else at a personal appointment. Unfortunately since then (September 10th) no response, let alone an offer.
