★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem schlechter Service bestellte vor über 3-4wochen ein externes Laufwerk hätte in 1ner Woche da sein sollen kommen habe die letzten 2 Wochen regelmäßig nachgefragt und die sind jetzt erst drauf gekommen das es noch gar nicht bestellt ist und das ich noch 2 Wochen warten müsste wegen Betriebs urlaub
Extremely bad service ordered over 3-4 weeks before an external drive should have been in 1ner week come have the last 2 weeks regularly in demand and they are now just come on it is not yet ordered and I still have to wait two weeks because Company holidays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wundert es das es Kommentare gibt die beschreiben das sie freundliche Bedienung hatten. Komisch, hatte bis jetzt nur negative Erfahrungen mit dem Geschäft. Beispiel 1 internet wurde mir ohne Vorwarnung (telefonisch oder mit Mahnung) einfach abgedreht da ich innerhalb von 4-5 tagen die Erstinstallation nicht bezahlt habe. Bin dann verärgert ins Geschäft und wollte fragen warum sie mich nicht bescheit gegeben haben. Die Antwort: "ja stellen sie sich vor wir müssten das bei jeden machen". Na und? Sie sind der, der Umsatz und Kunden haben will. Beispiel 2: man bekommt gebrauchte Router (total dreckig und braun) anscheinend vorher in einem Raucher Haushalt. Beispiel 3: das WLAN bei dem Router kann man vergessen. Router im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer keinen Empfang (keine 15m). Beispiel 4: bei den Peak Hour (zB. 20-21uhr) ist das intetnet so übetlastet man kommt nicht mal auf Google.
Jetzt das positive der Kabel TV Anschluss funktioniert.
I am surprised that there are comments that describe that they had friendly service. Funny, so far had only negative business experience. Example 1 internet was simply turned off without warning (by phone or with a warning) because I did not pay for the first installation within 4-5 days. Then I got angry in the shop and wanted to ask why they didn't give me up. The answer: "yes imagine that we would have to do this for everyone". So what? You are the one who wants sales and customers. Example 2: you get used routers (totally dirty and brown) apparently beforehand in a smoking household. Example 3: the WLAN at the router can be forgotten. Router in the living room and in the bedroom no reception (no 15m). Example 4: at the peak hour (e.g. 8-10 p.m.) the internet is so overburdened you don't even get to google.
Now the positive of the cable TV connection works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Internet, das mit angeboten wurde, läuft gegen Wochenende unverträglich schlecht und muss seit dem Konsum/benutz ihres WLANs antidepressiva nehmen und bin mit 3 anderen Mentale Krankheiten dignostiziert worden. Bei dem Service will ich garnicht erst Anfangen, da ich ein Seitenlanges Paragraf dazu schreiben könnte, wie schlecht der Service tatsächlich ist. Da es keine Option für 0 Sterne gibt, muss ich ihnen leider einen geben.
The internet that was offered with runs incompatible badly against weekend and has to take antidepressiva since consuming / using their WLAN and have been dignosticated with 3 other mental illnesses. I do not want to start with the service, because I could write a page-long paragraph about how bad the service actually is. Since there is no option for 0 stars, unfortunately I have to give them one.

Appointment agreed, no one has come, no one has answered by phone, no call back to my question, how long I should wait, although have promised that they will contact me immediately. Rating 0. unserious company. Do not recommend !!!
