P	Patrick Mehringer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier muss man wirklich sagen "Leider kann man sich beim Wohnungskauf den Elektriker nicht aussuchen" Eigentlich gab es bei der Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Projektleiter nur Probleme. Eine Termintreue bzw. Pünktlichkeit darf man hier nicht erwarten. Nach jedem Termin bekommt man eine aktualisierte Excel Tabelle über die aktuellen Kosten, in welcher ausnahmslos jedes Mal einige Punkte mehr markiert wurden, obwohl diese nicht vereinbart oder zum teil verneint wurden. Beim Anzeichnen der Steckdosen, Lichtauslässe, u.ä. muss man sich jedes Mal anhören warum man etwas so haben möchte, da es ja nicht dem Standard entspricht, und er alles anders machen würde. Etliches musste man nachträglich streichen lassen, da schon vorzeitig markiert wurde. Kurz vor der Übergabe der Wohnung musste feststellen, dass doch mehr als vereinbart ausgeführt wurde - laut ihm hat der Kunde ja sowieso nie recht. Einen Installationsplan habe ich bis heute nicht bekommen - vielmehr wurde ich gefragt warum ich überhaupt einen haben möchte. Dafür habe ich bereits Mahnungen bekommen, obwohl die Leistung noch nicht erbracht wurde - hier darf man sich dann telefonisch rechtfertigen warum man noch nicht gezahlt hat. Zum positiven Teil - die ausführenden Elektriker auf der Baustelle waren sehr freundlich und haben wirklich ordentlich gearbeitet, wie man es sich auch erwartet. In Summe war es jedoch mehr als mühsam - Empfehlung kann hier keine gegeben werden. Shortly before the apartment was handed over, I realized that more had been done than agreed - according to him, the customer is never right anyway. To this day I have not received an installation plan - rather, I was asked why I even want one. I have already received reminders for this, although the service has not yet been performed - here you can justify yourself over the phone why you have not yet paid. On the positive side - the electricians carrying out the work on the construction site were very friendly and really did a good job, as you would expect. All in all, however, it was more than tedious - no recommendation can be given here.
T	Thomas Resch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Projektleiter wollte nur verkaufen. Ein "nein" wurde bei dem nur schwer akzeptiert. Das war sehr mühsam, da alles immer wieder neu diskutiert wurde. Meist wird jemanden erzählt der Kunde sei Schuld. Gott sei Dank vorbei. The project manager just wanted to sell. A "no" was difficult to accept.
