Uns wurde jedesmal eine Bearbeitung versprochen es ist aber leider nichts passiert. Hätte man von Vornherein abgesagt hätte das jeder verstanden. So haben wir die Fliesen ausgesucht und wurden wir jedesmal entweder auf nächste Woche vertröstet oder die Ansprechperson war wieder grad nicht da. Sehr anstrengend und enttäuschend! Nice advice, thank you. But then no estimate. We asked several times, by phone and in person. We were promised a processing every time, but unfortunately nothing happened. If you had canceled from the start, everyone would have understood. So we chose the tiles and we were either put off until next week or the contact person was not there again. Very exhausting and disappointing!
