★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the counter in this office was very rude with us. We made a reservation online and paid for it. When we went to the office to pick up the keys for the car, the person told us there was an extra fee (40 euros per day) because we didn't have a credit card. The person at the counter, very rudely, told us that "this is normal here and there is no place where you can rent a car without a credit card in Vienna". We cancelled the reservation, went to Sixt, and booked a car WITHOUT a credit card. The people at the office in Sixt were very nice, polite and didn't try to take advantage of our lack of knowledge about Vienna. Thank you, Sixt.
