S	Sonja S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert um den Preis. Techniker musste noch einmal zurückfahren zur Zentrale, obwohl ich im Vorfeld haargenau geschildert hatte, was das Problem war. Das alles wurde wahrscheinlich in die Arbeitszeit eingerechnet -> für normalen Technikerbesuch, vielleicht 2 Schalter ausgetauscht: mehr als 600 Euro. Not recommended at the price. The technician had to go back to the headquarters again, even though I had described exactly what the problem was beforehand. All this was probably included in the working hours -> for a normal technician visit, maybe 2 switches exchanged: more than 600 euros.

Erst nach Tagen kam dann ein netter Mitarbeiter der Firma und hat sozusagen dem Chef bewiesen, dass der Fehler doch nicht beim Kunden lag sondern in der Installation ein Fehler verursacht worden ist. Darum hat der Chef dieser Firma den NUR 1 Stern verursacht. Eigentlich sollte Kunde König sein, doch bei diesem Chef anscheinend nicht. Überheblich und arrogant!!! extremely arrogant and overbearing boss. Pretends that the customer is at fault. Only a few days later did a nice employee from the company come and prove to the boss, so to speak, that the fault was not with the customer, but that an error had been caused in the installation. That's why the boss of this company caused the ONLY 1 star. Actually, the customer should be king, but apparently not with this boss. Pretentious and arrogant!!!
