I had to pay an additional 44 euros for a second assistant for 20 minutes of working time (swapping 4 terminals due to a short circuit), which nobody really asked for.

Sehr enttäuschend, vor allem wenn man sich extra frei nimmt. Leider bei vielen Professionistin üblich, so auch bei diesem. Eine glatte 0-Nummer ! Ich suche mir jemanden anderen. lg Rö Nachtrag: Hr. Göttinger hat sich aufgrund dieser Bewertung gemeldet und gemeint, das es hier ein Missverständnis gab bei der Terminvergabe. Damit jetzt 5 Sterne für die schnelle Reaktion ;-) I had an appointment at my home today at 12:00 p.m. regarding wall boxes. Nobody came, and nobody canceled either. Very disappointing, especially if you take extra time off. Unfortunately, this is common for many professionals, including this one. A straight 0 number! I'm looking for someone else. LG Ro Addendum: Mr. Göttinger got in touch based on this evaluation and said that there was a misunderstanding when making the appointment. So now 5 stars for the quick response ;-)

Man wird nicht zurückgerufen , mittlerweile werden meine Anrufe auch nicht mehr beantwortet. Schade, wir waren eigentlich so zufrieden bisher… For 3 months we have been waiting for our washing machine (guarantee case) to be repaired or replaced. You will not be called back, meanwhile my calls are no longer answered. It's a shame, we were actually so happy so far...
