Am nächsten Tag wusste niemand mehr etwas davon. Nach langer Diskussion wurde eingewilligt jedoch wurde einfach ein Gerät aus der Ausstellung mitgegeben. Nachdem uns dies aufgefallen ist hieß es "Wir verschenken ja keine Geräte". Nach einer abermaligen Diskussion wurde das Gerät abgeholt und Geld retour. Dabei wollten wir lediglich das uns versprochene Gerät zu dem versprochenen Preis. Kein Entgegenkommen und Fehler Eingeständnis . Wir werden diese Geschäft nie mehr besuchen und niemanden weiter empfehlen. Extrem schlechtes Verhalten zum Kunden. We would actually give 0 stars. We looked at a dryer and we were promised discounts for the next day (promotion days). The next day nobody knew anything about it. After a long discussion, consent was given, but a device from the exhibition was simply given. After we noticed this it was said "We don't give away any devices". After another discussion, the device was picked up and the money was returned. We just wanted the device we had promised at the promised price. No concession and admission of mistakes. We will never visit this shop again and will not recommend anyone to anyone. Extremely bad behavior towards customers.

A	Ali Cetinkaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin von dem Service überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Uns wurde gesagt, dass durch eine Extragebühr von 25 Euro die gekaufte Ware bis ins Haus geliefert wird. Diese Gebühr wurde auch bezahlt. Als der Herr bei uns zuhause angekommen war, sagte er zuerst, dass er nicht in das Haus hineingehen kann, da er keine İmpfung hat. Dann auf meinen Vorschlag, dass wir auch eine Maske tragen werden und er von uns ebenfalls eine Maske bekommen wird, wenn er es will, antwortete er dann, dass er nur bis zur Boardkante liefert. Bei der Beschwerde am Telefon wusste die Dame auch nicht, was sie von sich gibt. Einmal sagt sie, ich glaube und dann, ich denke, dass meine Mitarbeiterin dass schon erwähnt hat, dass es nur bis zur Boardkante geliefert wird. Sie gibt zwei Wörter von sich preis, welches ein definitives Gefühl von Unsicherheit ausstrahlt. Nie wieder werde ich bei euch was kaufen. I am not at all satisfied with the service. Ich wurde ausführlich und sehr zuvorkommend beraten, extrem kompetente Mitarbeiter , sehr höflich und freundlich , das bekommt man nicht mehr überall. Ich für meinen Teil verstehe die negativen Kommentare der anderen Kunden nicht , versucht mal euer Glück in anderen Geschäften , dort wird man nicht mal mehr begrüßt geschweige denn kompetent beraten. Wer kompetente Beratung , höflichen und freundlichen Umgang sowie wettbewerbsfähige Preise haben möchte ist hier genau richtig !! 100 % Empfehlung , absolutes Top Geschäft !!
